Mailbox delivery failure policy error from zoho email account
I got this following error when my whm root@xxx.com send an notification to my zoho email. here is the detail log: AES128-SHA:128 CV=yes: SMTP error from remote mail server after RCPT TO:<admin@host.natanetwork.com>: 552 5.1.1 <admin@host.natanetwork.com> Mailbox delivery failure policy error I dont know what is 552.5.1.1 ?? so i guess there is something wrong with zoho email. because when I change the email to gmail for instance, it works perfectly. but when I set email notification send to zoho
IMAP Setup
I am trying to setup IMAP access. When I go to the web page to do so (https://www.zoho.com/mail) there is no settings link and no way to activate IMAP. Authentication to imap.zo.com fails even though the login credentials are correct.
Groups Recipients showing failure count, need more information
We have several Zoho Mail Groups set up on my organization's account and each group has several recipients. What is causing the failures to be delivered? How do I find that information? It is a serious problem that people are not receiving emails intended for them and I can find no long or reason for it.

Hi, I just started using Zoho and did all the steps required (enable IMAP, change MX record, etc.) to point my email from GoDaddy to Zoho. I keep my domain on GoDaddy, and just would like to host a few email addresses on Zoho. These are the settings I use to set up Imap in Outlook (it's in German, but it's pretty clear): I chose SSL 993 and 465 for incoming and outgoing, and applied all other recommendations. However, everytime I try to save the settings I get this message: It keeps on popping up

I have a Wordpress website I'm going to launch soon and the main thing holding it back is no emails being sent from it. I have WP SMTP installed. When I put the required configuration in (pointing to the zoho SMTP address) and perform a test, it works fine. I receive an email to the account I was sending a test email to. Unable to Receive the emails from specific servers
Hi All, Recently i have setup the mail through zohomail for the website kcs.company Domain is purchased through Godaddy and Hosting is through Inmotionhosting.com I have pointed the MX records and SFP records are also set properly in the hosting cpanel. I did a test e-mail using my Gmail account and this bounced back: Technical details of permanent failure: Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the server for the recipient domain (mydomain.com) by smtp.secureserver.net. Hi , Any idea how to solve the scroll Issue ? In the inbox scroll, when I try to scroll up and down, instead of the highlighted cursor going up and down, the entire Inbox goes up and down. Since about 12 hrs ago, these emails have all been bouncing, with the error message: 552 5.1.1 <brenthuisman@zoho.com> Mailbox delivery failure policy error I have not changed any configuration on either Zoho or the account that is forwarded to Zoho. Saving email addresses
Hi, Im trying to save email addresses into Zoho so that when i type up a new email Zoho will recognise the email address and input it in for me (this was automatically done with my Yahoo.account). Currently I have to manually type in the email address each time i want to send an email. Even if i have used that email address before. Is there a way soho can save each new email address used? Outlook IMAP/SMTP very slow
Hello there, I have been using Zoho mail at work since 2012. In the last year I've been experiencing an ever-increasing slowdown when using Zoho mail through Outlook 2010. Moving emails from one folder to another initially took about 5 seconds and would occasionally error. Trying again usually worked. But now moving emails can take up to 30 seconds and errors are more common. Similarly, sending emails can lockup Outlook for up to a minute. I even had to increase the server timeout delay
Message count on the folder name
Zoho Mail Team, Can you indicate the number of messages on each folder on the folder name itself (on the tree)?
