our company emails being labeled as spam on recievers end
We send emails to this company on a daily, hourly basis. Suddenly, our zoho mail has SPAM added to the subject line nd is going into thier spam folder? This is costing us time and money. How do I fix this other than the obvious "Add us to your safe contatc list, which we are already on. Any thoughts
How to set up email streams/group?
Hi I have an email address that is sales@mydomain.com I want to create it as a stream. How can I set it up as an email that goes into a stream? Require assistance, I have few emails that I'd like to receive into my Inbox, I have already added the email address into my Contacts, and I have clicked "Not Spam" multiple times for the emails that have landed in my Spam, yet future emails are still going into my Spam. We continue to have issues with mail contacts. Migrated from gmail to Zoho and STILL CANNOT get contacts from gmail into my email account. When I try to import message received that contacts are ALREADY in my mail; they are not. When I click on an address in an email header and add the contact, the newly added contact is no where to be found. For some reason I can't receive any emails that are being sent from other servers that arent gmail, hotmail, etc. I've updated my DNS data and I think that MX is working what could be the problem? My domain is grindam.com

Hello, I setup Zoho mail for my GoDaddy a few days ago. I've been able to send mail from the Zoho account but not receiving mail. I'm trting to send from my personal gmail account to the zoho. I am unable to receive emails sent internally from my webserver
I have a webserver act-management.com. I send emails from my webserver using my zoho mail accounts. My emails are going out fine and the external domains are getting my emails fine but any emails I send to myself on my own domain hosted with zoho I don't receive. Two accounts for the same domain
I created an account for my domain, setup hosting and all is working perfectly. I used <firstname>.<lastname>@<mydomain> as the account administrator I forgot that I had created an account earlier with <firstname>@<mydomain> as the administrator, but not completed it as the domain registration process was still in train. Hello guys. Recently I've been experiencing some issues related to my zoho imap accounts. About a week ago I had to manually unlock my IMAP settings under the old control panel because apparently it was blocked for "too many connections". Zoho Filter not working for bugzilla emails
There are two types of major problems with how filtering is designed in Zoho. 1. All filters that you create, always create two parameters as follows Subject - Most people don't send emails with same subject. If they do they might be topic based which are obviously short lived. There is usecase for subject based filtering but they certainly do not make sense to be default filter type. To/Cc - For someone who has only one user this is pretty silly to set. Mail not ordered by recieved date in Spam folder
I have a task to check the emails in the vast spam folder that mail be legitimate. This is made harder by the fact that the spam folder does not order by the "Received:" date but by the "Date:" claimed by the sender. Remember the sender is a spammer - scum - a liar - trickster, a dishonourable conman and this ruse is just another way to get their mail read and discussed. You are helping them.
