We do experience a problem as our info box got a bit full, so we cleaned it up and now it doesn't appear to have a proper size - it is still full, though it is not what is marked under according user mail settings. How to actually permanently delete deleted messages that shouldn't take mailbox space, All of the messages are actually gone from the mailbox but it seems that they are somehow hiddenly stored. Tab Key Alignment
Hi, I'm used to using the tab key to align up consecutive lines of text in a column. Ie when you list some items and then tab over and list the price. In zoho, the columns don't align when I try to use the tab. Also when I delete after hitting the tab key it seems to delete one space-bar space at a time, not the original tabbed amount . Zoho doesn't enable mails from my webpage to be sent
I have set up a few accounts all with the domain name of my webpage. The problem is that every single mail that is to pass through Zoho SMTP and coming from my webpage seems to be getting blocked. Has anyone encountered this issue before, am I missing something?
Downloading zoho mails to outlook.com using POP
Hi everybody, I can access my Zoho mails using Outlook 2013 both via POP and via IMAP. However, when I configure outlook.com to add my Zoho account as a sending and receiving account, I get an error message that Outlook.com could not connect to the server to download my mails. Sending them via the Zoho SMTP works via Outlook.com. Has anybody else encountered this problem and knows how to solve this? Best regards, Stefan.

Hi, I would like to add my company mail adress to Zoho Mail. Our mailserver provides a valid, officially signed SSL zertificate for POP3 / Port 995, but the dialog tells me " Invalid Security Certificate for the Server. Please change the incoming port to 110 and retry configuring.". Can you help me finding the problem, since this error message does not tell me any detail. If I connect to our mailserver and read the certificate using openssl on the commandline, it tells me we have a valid certificate

I have created many groups in Shared Contacts in my email, but they aren't listing in alphabetical order--which is critical for optimal efficiency when scrolling through a list of over 100 groups. One of our user account suddenly is unable to login to her Zoho Mail account thru Android Zoho Mail app. It keeps telling her to check with admin if one of the features (i.e. calendar, crm, etc) has been disabled, but I checked the features and all are enabled. Since this morning I am unable to delete or move any email message to the Trash or another folder. I suspect that others must have this problem as well and it is getting worse the more emails come in. Help please, I don't see any response or message from a ZoHo employee.
I can't delete the received emails
Since this morning I can't delete my emails. When I detele them and then go to the trash box, the eliminated messages don't appear. When I go back to the mail box these eliminated emails appear again. Can someone tell me why this happen and how can I unblock this. Thks, Mery
