Delayed notification using Zoho Mail Android app
Hello: I'm not sure if this is the right forum but after updating to the latest version of Zoho Mail for Android, I experienced a delayed notification of new e-mails today. The e-mails were waiting for me in my inbox but the app did not notify me of them until more than 12 hours afterwards. Do you know if the problem is server-side? Erwin

New Email alias limit/policy change?
Hi, I have use a few aliases and keep deleting and adding to my domain kohliabhi.tk. However, recently, when I tried to add an email alias, it gave me error 'This User has reached maximum alias limit' I was unable to find in any document, what is the new/existing email alias limit ? -- Abhi

Problem with mail download
I have two mailboxes on Zoho and three mailboxes on other servers which I download with my Outlook (2007) via pop/smtp access. Last week the problems started, and only my Zoho mailboxes are effected: - for one of my Zoho mailbox Outlook reports "errors", no downloads possible - from my other Zoho mailbox some mails arrived with a delay of two or three days - a lot of them (google alerts) appeared in my junk mail folder - a lot of them appeared without sender and subject - on my account on the Zoho

Exchange Account on Android - not sync'ing deleted emails
Hi, Odd issue - I wanted to do an overdue clean-up of my zoho mail folder - so I spent several hours sorting out all the emails in the inbox, moving them either to folders or deleting them... Unable to set up a new mailbox
Hi there, Hope someone can help - we use the paid CRM for a few of our staff, and currently use the free plan of Zoho Mail. I have 6 users set up in Zoho Mail, but only three have mailboxes, the other three just say "No Mailbox". When I request admin access for a mailbox a message comes up saying a mailbox has already been assigned... but it still shows as "no mailbox" in the mail storage section. Any help much appreciated! IMAP sync stopped working Jan 21 (Windows Phone 7)
As with many other people posting in this forum, IMAP sync was working fine for me and then all of a sudden broke after Jan. 20. I've recreated the profile and done many other experiments. Always get error 800C0000. Please don't postpone troubleshooting by asking for a screenshot of my settings. As far as I have heard, people do not have problems sending emails to outside users, but *some* emails to other users within our domain are not delivered
Zoho Mail Unblocker
Team, I have been observing that when the bounce count increases Zoho Mail places a permanent embargo on sending emails till a manual unblock is done. Instead of that can you intervene with a CAPTCHA like Google, GMX etc does? Delay in Receiving Some Emails
I've been experiencing delays in receiving emails the past few days. Are there any current issues affecting Zoho servers or is this something else? What will happen is an email will randomly pop up in my inbox as unread but will be from hours, sometimes days ago. It will even show in the proper chronological order, so if it was from hours ago it will show up as unread under 9 other read emails. Please advise. Thanks.

Mac mail junk folder behaviour
Hello all: Been trying to figure this out for a while. I'm trying to suss out how to make my behaviour in my Mac Mail reflect on my Zoho account. For example how do I designate something as Not Junk? If Mac Mail thinks it's junk it'll be yellow and that's easy...but a lot of the stuff that Zoho designates as Junk I seem to have no control over changing that behaviour. Moving it to the Inbox doesn't seem to affect any future emails from that person/company. Is my only option to log in on the

website form not sending email (godaddy hosting)
I recently opened a zoho account and changed my website form & mail.php to point to the zoho address. Prior to this the website form was working fine with a test gmail acct. domain is verified & mx records are correct but no mail from site form. Email sent from a client is received through zoho just not from site. Can someone help? Also, does zoho require any txt records be added in the dns zone file? much thanks, john

Using Mobile App and Outlook for mail
If I use the mobile app to check my mail when I am out-and-about then it doesn't subsequently come through on Outlook. How can I set it up to receive on Outlook even if I have looked at the mail on the app? Any ideas?
Email Filters broken
Anyone had issues saving a new or editing and saving an existing email filter with a Forward To? Every time i try in safari or chrome the AJAX on save bums out with a required script hitting a 500 HTTP response. so it doesn't save. Only seems to happen when trying to use the forward to option field in the mail filter rule. PS: tried submitting support tickets several times but not heard back, and can't check on status because help.zoho.com seems to use a completely different authentication source...
