Outlook set up problems
Hello, I set up two separate domains: knomadix.com and ultimeta.com I have set up Outlook accounts for both domains for user id: rameshb@knomadix.com and rameshb@ultimeta.com The POP server, SMTP server, port numbers, SSL enabled, settings are all identical for both domains. However, my rameshb@knomadix.com set up works fine. But my rameshb@ultimeta.com set up fails to authenticate. BTW, the passwords are also same for both accounts and have been typed correctly. I am getting the same problem when

How do I change the name that appears alongside my email address??
I have just set up an email account using my own URL and I can both send and receive email OK. However, when I send an email to someone, it appears in their inbox with a sender name that I don't want. (For some reason it's using the username from my Hotmail account?? I entered this when I initially signed up). How do I change this? I would rather it came up with my domain name/ I.e. company name in people's inboxes. Help! :)
Relaying disallowed when using Thunderbird?
I am attempting to use SMTP to send emails from my thunderbird client. I initially was having problems with Thunderbird passing through my Zoho two-factor authentication, but that seems to be resolved. I'm pulling new mail via IMAP just fine. But when i attempt to respond i get an error "An error occurred while sending mail. The mail server responded: Relaying disallowed. Please check the message and try again." Can anyone assist? It seems authentication is working now and i am no longer getting

Prevent zoho sending junk mail to iphone?
Hi everyone, ZoHo does a decent job at blocking spam emails on the desktop site, but when on my phone ( iphone5s setting up zoho in the ios Mail app ) junk mail often gets sent to my phone. Is there any thing I can do to help limit junk mail from being sent to my phone when its blocked on the desktop site?
Error receiving mail from another .ca server but not .com
I have a zoho mail domain of mcgiil.ca and when I am sent mail from another .ca domain, the email gets bounced. However, I am able to receive mail from .com domains with no problem. Any idea what's happening?
All my "users" in one place?
I signed up today, created 3 users for my business, which are really all me but one is for my vendors, one for orders and one for general support. I want to be able to manage all three from one place and not have to sign in and out bit can't seem to be able to do this. I saw while creating the signature that I was given the option to choose which email to link it to, but again there was only one email. Please advise if what I want to do is possible so I don't have to keep signing in and out of three
E-mail from Google and Hotmail don't come through, but only when using a contact form
I have a contact form that just uses a simple php mail script that sends an email to one address on my Zoho account. If I use a "from" email address on the contact form from any domain other than @gmail.com or @hotmail.com, the emails come through fine. I've tried several different Gmail accounts but the emails still don't come through. I can send an email to the Zoho email address from any Gmail account from gmail.com and those come through fine. Problems sending internally between users
I have my account set up correctly (as far as I know), the MX records are correct. I can send and receive emails from external accounts, so for example, if I have mydomain.com I can send emails from me@gmail.com to me@mydomain.com from me@mydomain.com to me@gmail.com but I can't send any emails internally: from me@mydomain.com to you@mydomain.com They are in the 'sent' part of the 'me' account, but never turn up in the 'you' part.
Is there a way to set up a filter by "Email NAME' ?
As I'm sure a lot of people do, I get a ton of spam with the same (forged) email name and 10 billion different email addresses. Setting up a filter by email address is a pretty time consuming ordeal. Each day I'm hit with tons of email "from": Notice to Appear Ashley Madison Satellite Internet Big News and countless others. Zoho Mail Down Again?
I cannot log into zhoh mail and view my inbox. The system allows me to log in but then it takes me back to the zoho landing page, with a bright red button that says "Access Zoho Mail" that doesn't take me anywhere and "Welcome Craig" in the upper right corner (showing I am logged in). Hello Team, I am trying to Look for an option where i can Login to my Zoho Email like this "http://www.mail.mydomain.com" . I checked the forums and got that i have to add a subdomain in my zoho control panel and the verufy that sub domain via Cname option . Forgotten password on business hosting
Hi, set up a business hosting account for a domain I control recently. Have set up a number of emails and passwords but I've either forgotten or written down the password for the main superuser account. I can login to all the other email accounts but they don't provide access to the control panel. I've asked for a password reset but the system can't do that as I can't access the account to process the password reset. There is an email listed to contact for further information but it's getting bounced

HI, Was just reading your TOS and the sending limit is 50 x how many users... So if I am the only one I can only send 50 emails??? Right now I have all ZOHO emails forwarded to gmail then I have my ZOHO as a alias and send via GMAIL SMTP to get around that limit. That really sucks. I was told that oh yeah zoho is the best for free.... guess I am going to have to start looking for a paid provider now :( again! Just got away from GAPPS. Christopher
Problem whit domain
Hi all I have a problem with the domain. I have created the account with this email ZOHO: residencialclausell@gmail.com and I added the domain residenciaalclausell.es Follow the steps, check the domain with the HTML method perfectly and no problem, enter the options panel in my account and perfect until suddenly just stood and sent me to the main page of ZOHO. Then, try to access my account again but I was saying that my mail did not exist in the database, went back to check in with the same email
Mails forwarded take more than 10min to be delivered
We have just migrated some of our accounts to Zoho and we want to move the rest soon. Some of our employees receive the corporate mail in their personal mail and we want to keep supporting that. In our tests the mail forward functionality is really slow (15 min long). This is too long for our needs. Is it a temporal problem? What is the normal time to be sent? This would prevent us to migrate to Zoho which would be a shame as we have invested quite a bit of time moving here. Thank you for your help,

I received notification that my MX is not configured properly. In the Control Panel there is an option to enable Domain Keys, but none of the instructions/screenshots on the FAQ page apply to my DNS Manager: https://access.enom.com Maybe the site hasn't been updated? Hi, I have set up my organizational mail account in Zoho (streetdials.com) then I have removed this domain from Zohomail. Now I am adding this domain again and setting up in zohomail but I am having problem in setting it up. Hi! Today morning I received this message from Zoho: Your Mail Outgoing blocked. Reason :Daily Mail Size Quota Exceeds Limit [Total Mail Size=204,800]. But I was not working, I was sleeping. Unblocked on suggested web, and it blocked me again. Now, there is message that my account is blocked and I cannot work with mail. Can you please unblock my account and check why it was even blocked? Zoho Mail migration failed
Got the migration process to work ok, and about 1/2 of the PST file was imported to Zoho Mail. Received the message "migration failed" How should we proceed? 1) Delete the messages that were imported to Zoho and rerun? or 2) Rerun the migration wizard and assume that the additional emails will be imported without duplication? or 3) In either case, if we delete the messages, will they be deleted from the contact they are associated with?
