delivery of messages from zoho mailbox are delayed
Dear Support team, Delivery of my e-mails to mail server "adityabirla.com" are delayed. Sometimes it takes more than one hour to reach the destination. No spam / junk e-mail settings are set at receiver end. If I'm sending an e-mail from gmail account to same destination, it get's delivered instantly. Delete Mail from client, Not delted from server auto downloads the message again.
I am able to send and receive massages without issue. When I delete a message in My mail Client the message is delete from it. But is automatically re-downloaded from server and shows back up like it was never delete and is like its a new message. How Do I fix this I am on a mac os.
Self unblock limit?
Hello, I was trying to send notes to my contacts to use my new email, looks like too many bad email addresses in my address book. Could you please unblock my outgoing email ASAP? BTW - what does "self unblock" mean? I saw the note, but then I got an "exceeded self unblock limit" message when I tried to unblock it myself? Zoho mail problems again. Cannot send mail, incoming mail missing or late.
I noticed these problems starting this morning Jul 4 Pacific time. The sending problem has occured at least twice in the past, with the following error: "Unable to connect SMTP server:whatever.com Reason:Authentication failed:535 5.7.8 Error: authentication failed: authentication failure". And it was determined to be a problem with Zoho in those past instances. Sorry Zoho...I've tried to be patient with Zoho problems, and I'm the Zoho advocate at my workplace, but my credibility and Zoho's credibility
Not Receiving Email via Imap In Mac Mail, SMTP works fine though
Hi, Im having issues receiving emails via IMAP in my Mac Mail client. They appear fine in my in my zoho mail but will not come though to my client, The SMTP is working fine and I can send messages out, thus I know my password is correct and settings are working but still no emails :-/ Can you please try and help with this. When I logon to my mail account this morning all I get is the main page with the scrolling app ads. There's a red "Access Zoho Mail" button, but it just brings me back to the same page, and not to my in box. Help!

I tried to access Zoho mail from this web address https://mail.zoho.com/biz/index.do I clicked the red "Access Zoho Mail" button and it didn't do anything. I'm using Safari on an OS X (v. 10.8.5) desktop. My email works fine on iPhone at the same time. Is this a bug?
Desktop notificaton does't work in the Google Chrome 35
I faced a problem with desktop notification in Chrome in mail application. I use Chrome version 35.0.1916.153 and when I go to menu settings I see "This feature is currently available only for the Google Chrome browser". How can I use a desktop notification in mail zoho application?

Comcast rejects mail from servers with no PTR record
One of my clients got dozens of delivery failure messages. Here is a relevant snippet. What needs to be done to add a PTR record to the mail server? Hacked Email
Today there were several returned undeliverable emails and automatic email replies from German addresses. It appears that a sub email account has been hacked. There also seems to be a large amount of spam mail and issues with lags in ZOHO as opposed to other mail servers I use such as Google. Are these issues being addressed?

Mail Forwarding for new domain slow
I just moved my email services over to Zoho earlier this afternoon (domain.com), and set my MX records to start delivering my mail to Zoho. I have all of my various email addresses dumping into one central gmail account - so I have taken one of my Zoho names, and set it to store and forward all messages over to my gmail. My old MX record had a 1 week TTL, so it looks like some mail servers are already seeing zoho, and some are not. No big deal to me on that front, they'll update MX eventually.

fastmail pop access "invalid security certificate"
Hey, I'm trying to configure this zoho account to retrieve emails from fastmail via pop3 access. But I get an error: Invalid Security Certificate for the Server. Please change the incoming port to 110 and retry configuring. For better or worse, fastmail does not allow unsecured connections on port 110, so that's not an option here. The server in question is mail.messagingengine.com which appears to be issuing a valid security certificate. So I'm not sure what the problem is. The full fastmail config

I am trying to set up a contact me page on my website, and can't get the contact form to send emails to my custom domain. I tried using my old hotmail account as the recipient and that worked fine, so I know the contact form isn't the issue. Could I possibly get some help or insight as to what needs to be done to get it to be sent to my custom domain.
Ability to create contact directly from e-mail
I often want to create new contacts directly from a received e-mail. Currently, it doesn't appear there is an easy way to create a contact from an e-mail. To accomplish this, I highlight the To: field of the e-mail, copy the information, and then switch to the Contacts screen to create the contact. Below is a mocked up screenshot of a possible way to incorporate an Add Contact feature. The + sign that already exists on the e-mail reader seems a logical place to add a feature like this. iPhone to Zoho Mail say "on behalf of"
I have an iPhone connected to Zoho Mail and every time I send an email from the iPhone it say jsmith@zoho.com on behalf of jsmith@mydomain.com. However, when I use the Zoho Mail client and send an email it sends it as jsmith@mydomain.com, which is what I want. This is also how I have it setup in my settings. Is it possible to get rid of the "on behalf of" when sending from the iPhone?

I dropped my nexus 4 and had to get a new phone...went to download a Zoho mail app like a did several months ago and there is none available in google play. There is a CRM app but no email. What is everyone else using or where can I get same? Thanks for any help!
IMAP no longer collecting mail from 20th June
I'm receiving mail OK in the Zoho webmail client. However starting on 20th June received email is no longer downloading to my external mail client via IMAP. It seems to connect OK, but it appears to think there's no new mail to collect. IMAP is enabled in my Zoho mail settings. I've tried toggling IMAP on and off, but no joy. Not sure what to try next. Any ideas?
