Verification Code Failure
I'm the administrator of a group of users. One of them put her cell phone for the verification code, but there is something wrong and she is not able to get the code anymore. Now everytime she tries to access the account she is asked the verification code, and as she is unable to provide it, the system asks her to contact her administrator (me), and I haven't found a way to disable it in the control panel. I am brand new to Zoho and I am trying to get the system set up so I can start using it to see if it will work for my organization however I do not see any email tab or app. When i go in to the app section there is only an app for Zoho mobile.

I just created an account with zoho mail free personal. I wish you all were upfront with the limitations on the free mail on the pricing page and you may have heard this too many times, but out of confusion, I will ask again. I would like to know what the limitations are for the free mail. Is it true that there a limit to how much mail I can send per day? A limit to storage? A limit to attachments? A limit for inactivity? Is there any more limits? After all, the mail is free and there is a price
Replace ZOHO in domain urls with MYCOMPANY
Hi, We have our domains hosted with another provider and have signed for at least 10 different Zoho services and paying for a couple as well. We have configured login using custom urls but the url reverts to zoho as soon as login is successful. Any way we can keep working under the custom url instead of zoho? We just do not want zoho visible anywhere in the url. It must appear as a company website to an outsider, not zoho. Thanks Deepak

Hello, Is it possible to unblock the email info@1totaltech.info? Also, if it possible to raise the 10 bounce minimum so the email address does not get blocked in the future? Hi, We sent out emails, but these were not spam. We sent out payment reminders. Now our mailing is blocked and our forward is blocked too, so we did not get the replies. 1. Why did you block the forwarding? 2. Why did you not send a reminder email to the forwarded address? (If everything is forwarded you can assume, we check the emails there. So if you block, we will not know - you really could send one last email to the forwarding address, that it is blocked.) 3. What should I do to use your service
IMAP problem ?
Hi, Since 1 or 2 days we've problem with imap server... Same problem appears one 3 computers (2 Win8 on Thunderbird and 1 mac on Mail). New emails are not synched... We have to close the mail client and reopen it to get new mails. Is there any problem with Zoho Imap server ? Best regards

Can't use IMAP or SMTP with super admin
Hello, We recently migrated our mail to Zoho for the entire organization. However, everyone has successfully setup their email clients using IMAP and SMTP with their new account information on the Zoho server; except for the super admin account. Super admin can log into the mail web client without issue, but none of the credentials will work when attempting to configure an email client for IMAP and SMTP. How do I resolve this?

Hi, I used zeeshan_hamid@hotmail.com to sign up for zoho and added "zee@desygned.com" as a mail account. I added two more users (both @desygned.com) with mail accounts. Other accounts work fine. However, for zee@desygned.com I have to use "zeeshan_hamid@hotmail.com" with IMAP to log in. That works okay for receiving emails, but I am not able to send emails. Also, I would much prefer to change teh login to "zee@desygned.com" instead of "zeeshan_hamid@hotmail.com". However, I am not able to do that

New Employee Email Address
I have been using Zoho as my business email for some time now and have just added another email address for my employee to use. The question I have is how does the employee log into her own Zoho email? It is probably something simple but for the life of me I cannot work out how she can log into her inbox and send/receive.
