Can I have different labels with different colors?
I just created 2 labels for incoming messages from my other email addresses. Both labels are yellow. Is there a way to customize that? Thanks.
Email Aliases with Lite plan
I currently have my own domain that is already registered with another company. I would like to use this domain to sign up for the Zoho Lite plan, but first I need to know if I will be able to create email aliases. Is this possible with Zoho Lite, or are email aliases reserved for the Standard 10GB or Standard 15GB plans?
Zoho Mail: Cursor Problem
Hi, Each time I select emails to delete or to move to a different folder, I'm immediately dropped to the bottom of the screen and have to scroll back up to the email I selected. I select a second or third or fourth email etc., and after each time, I'm dropped to the bottom of the screen and have to scroll back up. It's very time consuming. Also, when I do have emails selected and go up to click on the Delete Box, the letters in the Delete Box disappear one at a time, each time I click on it.
Unable to receive incoming emails.

Email attachments not working.
Is any one else having trouble with attachments to emails coming up as 0kb? The first attachment goes on fine but the rest are 0. These are all the same things we have sent before and no matter how we change it it does not work.
Relaying Error
The domain is setup for mail hosting. The SMTP settings are correct I have correctly setup MX Records.
Turn off Spam Filter?
Is there a way to turn off the spam filter? I already have a filter on my Exchange and all the Zoho Spam filter does is send good emails to spam. I have already tried whitelisting domains and can't seem to get it to work right. Thanks.

Followed instructions to forward Zoho emails to another email account... in this case, Google Apps mail. Phishing Spam from "DR OZ" can't be fltered, no matter how many filters I create?
I'm getting over 10 spam emails with "dr oz" being part of the address. I have created over 15 filters to try to stop this, but nothing seems to work, these emails (and they are Phishing type spam) keep getting through, at an alarming rate. Is anyone else experiencing this, and how do I stop it? As stated above, I've created filters with the word OZ in them in at least 15 permutations.

Hello, It does not appear that email id's of senders get stored automatically in the address book. What is the easiest way to go about adding email id's from a received email to the address book, so that these are available on auto-fill in the future, while drafting an email? Thanks.
Zoho Lite takes whole minutes to send, receive, and forward mail
It takes about a whole minute for a message to send or be received. It takes about 5 whole minutes for a message to be forwarded. Is this just a limitation of a Lite account, or is Zoho always slow?

Blue box/frame on image links

IMAP terribly slow - Outlook 2007

Changed SSL Certificate
Since January 2012, I have been picking up my ZOHO-hosted mail using an e-mail client (ClawsMail). This has worked well until today, when a pop-up flashed me a warning that the SSL certificate had expired, and inviting me to accept an updated one. I thought I had better check the details of the certificate first. The owner on the old certificate was *.zoho.com (location Chennai), and the signer was Thawte SSL CA (in the US). The certificate expired at 13/11/10(Sun) 23:59. That all looked plausible.

Contact form from my website is going straight to zoho spam
I need some help. I just signed up for Zoho Mail as the mail provider for the domain that I purchased with GoDaddy.com. I just sent a test e-mail from the contact form on my website and it is going straight to Zoho Mail spam. I use Mozilla Thunderbird to check my zoho mail and I can't have messages from my website's contact form going straight to spam because I will never receive the message in Thunderbird. I read on another post about blacklisted IP addresses. Could my IP address be blacklisted?
Illegal Semicolon
Trying to send an email to several people. I inputted a few email addresses in the TO: field, separated by a semicolon. But before I can send it, I get a red window saying that the email has an "Illegal semicolon, not in group" followed by the lists of names. The message is halted before sending.
