BlackBerry e IMAP
I need to syncronize my BlackBerry Storm with Zoho Mail. I tried but I couldn't choose between POP and IMAP. I thought that Zoho Mail works like Gmail on BlackBerry, but it doesn't. Can you tell me how I can synchronize BlackBerry and Zoho Mail like Gmail? Any suggestion? Thanks a lot.
Sending failed;Reason:554 5.1.8 Sender Address Blocked
I just opened a zoho account yesterday and transferred my contacts from gmail. I have sent e-mail address update to all of them and was blocked afterward. I am pretty sure I do not have over 250 contacts... Please help and advise how to prevent this in the future, since I did not send 250msg in 1 day. Best browser for zoho mail?
What would you say is the best browser to use zoho mail? IE, Firefox, Chrome? I'm using IE right now and it seems to work, some things are kind of slow (might be my connection not sure) but i was just wondering if it's optimized to work with a certain browser the best.
Allow display images at all times?
I know it's a security issue but is there a way to allow images to display all the time in your emails without having to click on display images every single time.

changing mail hosting account to POP account
I originally set up a mail account with a domain, then decided to remove the verified domain. Now I cannot delete the mail account associated or change it to a POP account. Any ideas?

1. Share email to workspace. I have a workspace which is accessible to everybody in the team. It is organized with subfolders. I would also like to add a folder specifically to keep important FYI email messages for the team. So that everybody has an easy access to these important emails. At this time, the only way for me to do this is to convert the email message to a word document and upload to a subfolder, which is time consuming and tedious. 2. Share email to calendar. Hi, I have managed to verify belamedical.com and set users and email. I tried the HTML, checked all and still failed. Also, I cannot seem to get the CNAME correct for zoho.belamedical.com which I wanted to use for the main portal. Sharing Accounts
I am a new user testing Zoho for our company that has about 30 users. What I am trying to achive is to have one central database for all our Accounts and contacts whilst having al users keep their own individual emails. I added my work email as the default email. When I send emails it shows that it is from zoho and not my company. Can I change this?

All Zoho domain pages load extremely slow, hang, or load incomplete. It is slightly better on the home network than at work, but it interferes with workflow. Is there a solution for this problem? Should I upgrade to solve this? Thanks!
Size column missing in Zoho Mail View
Zoho Team, I see there are a lot of columnsto customize to Zoho Grid view but quite a significant one (Size) is missing from the selection. I have created a group and added some people. I've added those people in my "Shared Contacts - Group". Should the contacts I added show in the other members "Shared Contacts - Group"? Multiple Signature Support
Can you try to bring multiple signature support? Basically I am asking this so that we can choose a signature appropriate to the target user that I am sending to a friend, a message with some jokes/quotes can be attached. When a formal message is being sent, a business gesture signature can be attached.
Unable to send mail with attachments
Hello, As of this morning (10/8/2010), I've been unable to send e-mail with attachments. I've confirmed the problem with a couple of our other employees. Everything appears to work fine at first.... we're able to select the file to attach and it shows as being attached; however, once sent, there is no attachment. Synching sent messages
Can you confirm that if I set up Zoho Mail be the mail client for my company email address, It will syn with the remote servers that we use? Iwould liek to able to send emails from my desktop (thunderbird), Blackberry and Zoho as required and have all 3 acessing sent and received mails. Last time I tried this, it did not pick up emails sent from the desk top or blackberry.

Multi Attach Documents to an email?
Is it posible to to multi attach documents to an email? If not then this a feature that needs to be enabled to bring up to standards set by outlook. Also MAX 3GB send and receive emails? Are we able to increase this size as i current have emails that have large images that i need to send and have to currently load up outlook to send these? Thanks
