Uploading large files
I know there is a limit of 50MB / file to upload in Docs. but what about larger than 50MB? will it upload through sync?
Completed tasks still show on list
I like the zoho task thing..........except when you mark a task as complete, it still shows on the list. Shouldn't the task disappear after you mark it complete?

Problem
It is not possible to add attachments from mail to documents. It has been a problem for 1 week.

I've tried in Firefox and Internet Explorer but I can't attach a "Zoho Document". I click "Attach" - "Zoho Docs" and either no new window opens or the window opens, I click the document I want to attach but it won't, no attachment box opens on the right hand side of the email. Thanks

I was shocked to find out that Zoho was downloading my email from the ISP's email server. This absolutely will not work. The email has to stay on the server until it is downloaded at the office via Outlook. How do I setup Zoho mail to use IMAP?

I have a limited technical ability when it comes to something like this. I'm trying to setup Zoho to retrieve my Hotmail Live email permanently (and not just forward the ones in my inbox right now). Catch all doesn't work for super administrator
In Spam Control, if i attempt to enter the super admin's email id to be the catch all, or notification for that matter, i get an error that the user is not part of the organization. If i try to invite the super admin to the organization, i get an error that the user is already in the organization. Am i doing something wrong? I also tried a workaround by creating a group, and assigning that group as the catchall, which works, EXCEPT that i cannot add the superadmin to the group. Is this intentional?
Organization Groups - Can't delete documents once they are in a group
We have an organizational group where we store and edit documents. However we can't see a way of deleting documents from the Group, we can only edit. In fact when you see the list of documents there appears to be a select box next the document, but you can't select it. How do you delete documents from a Group? Sorry I should mention this only applies to documents that have been uploaded (ie.Word documents) not ones that are created from or imported into ZOHO writer. If you try and delete in ZOHO

batch modify tasks
I don't know if I should post this as an idea or a problem. It can fit under either category. ------------------------- There are situation where I need to modify a bunch of tasks all in the same way. For instance, if I have an unexpected bump in the road on a project and all the tasks (could be hundreds!) have to slip 3 days. I really need a way to change the due date of selected tasks all at once. I hope this isn't too difficult to implement, and I hope it can be given a somewhat high priority

faster engine, for optimal speed behind firewalls unique instead of separate groups, contacts, calendars across apps rsvp- and update tracking in at least calendar approved invitations should appear in calendars of non zoho users (without plugins) automatically, and all participants should have rsvp- and update tracking with clear notification rules a manualwith those basic facilities, better integration with Google is not a priority any more.

Email attachment download does not work
Using IE 8, though the same problem ocurrs with Chrome. Windows 7 2GB RAM 2+ghz processor. Thinkpad Attachments affected: .pdf, .doc, .xls (other types of attachments not tested) Click on the "Download" link at the bottom of the message. Opens a pop-up estimating time to download. A few seconds later there is a critical stop. Pop-up changes to: "Unable to download....name of file from mail.zoho.com Unable to open this internet site. The requested site is either unavailable or cannot be found.
Web form notification identification
I have more than one web form and when I get the notification e-mail it doesn't tell me which form it came from. This is somewhat important since I'm sending out different response e-mails from the two different forms. Is there a way to modify the subject line of the response forms so I can tell which form was filled out?
Cannot sort the TO field when viewing Sent folder?
When viewing my Sent folder I need to sort by the TO field. For what it's worth, I can sort the SUBJECT field and the SIZE field (which is useless, imo)...but what about the TO field? Am I doing something wrong?? There is no little triangle that pops up next to the word "TO". Help! This is very an extremely important feature, I used to do this all the time in Outlook.
New user just testing for new company. Email question
I am just in the process evaluating Zoho after being told about it today and potentially fits the needs of someone I know setting up a business. What I am wondering at the moment is how I add an email for a user after I have added a domain and mail hosting? When I logon as the user and go to mail settings to add another mail it asks me to verify the email address, but no verification mail is received in Zoho or at the pop3 account where the domain is hosted.
