Zoho Team, I unintentionally chose an incorrect file in one of the message which was really big. I had to wait till it got attached and then kick the file off from the list. CONVERSATIONS threads not working
Thank you for you response Sridhar. I also don't like the way Google implements it's concersations so I am NOT interested in Zoho Mail duplicating the functionality. In Google Apps, I have one account called admin@mydomain.com and nickname called david@mydomain.com. So all e-mails going to david@mydomain.com is received in admin@mydomain.com mailbox. In Zoho Mail/ CRN, I configured it where it will receive the admin@mydomain.com. Question: I want to be able to send e-mail via Mail or CRM with a from address of david@mydomain.com. Right now, it will only use the admin@mydomain.com. Can I mask it somehow to say david@mydomain.com? Any suggestions? Because
pop3 from gmail not downloading all messages
I have successfully set up pop3 downloads of all email messages from a google apps account. Unfortunately zoho mail did not download all my old messages. After a week, I deleted the old account and started again. After 3 days, again this stopped at 2009. I have downloaded 1637 emails, but there are lots of emails I have yet to receive. I did not get more recent emails that I can see in my google apps mail account. Why did the download stall? And what can I do about it? The username and password

IMAP Beta Returning Broken Headers
I have been testing some IMAP client functionality on all of the IMAP servers I can get my hands on, so I thought I would try it with Zoho also. I've found that encoded-word headers being returned by your IMAP server are incorrectly being converted to all uppercase, which destroys the original content. Hi, Functionality looks great and surpassesses Virtualoffice.com. One feature I would like that they provide is to be able to upload an entire tree into Personal or Group document areas This is necessary to facilitate the migration from a shared folder environment to a browser bases solution. Is this on your road map, if so what is the likely time frame or can it be done already via web folders?

Zoho Team, When I configure other email clients to read onto Zoho Email would it keep fetching even if I am not logged onto POP/IMAP or I should necessarily stay logged onto Zoho Email for those to work?

Move contact to category not working properly
Hi, I've just been moving a few contacts into categories and I've had to refresh my browser for each contact. ie. move a contact works, then try another and it doesn't work - refresh browser and it works, try moving another without a refresh and it doesn't work etc. Could you take a look :) Anyone else have the same problem? Opera, Zoho Mail and security certificates
Annoying issue with Opera and Zoho Mail which I think is likely an Opera setting somewhere, but have yet to find it! What happens is that I open Zoho Mail in Opera and I continually get these pop-ups. I seem to get one pop-up per wmsX.zoho.com where X = 1 to 9. Any idea how to stop this? As I said it's probably an Opera setting, but where?

Trouble Configuring Zoho Mail Add On
Hi, I have just installed the Zoho Mail Add On in CRM. I have followed the instructions however when I go to admin, there is no option to select profiles, and as a result, I cannot change the settings so the Email tab shows in the tab bar. I have the administrator account but still can't seem to get it to appear. I have changed the settings for Accounts, Potentials, Leads etc to view emails as per the instructions. Additionally, I activated my email account in CRM, and then headed over to Zoho Mail

Hmm...I just signed up for Zoho services for my entire school. I have many teachers to send messages to and need replies from. Sent one mass email to them, then the next day I get this error...my account is blocked. ? What are the rules applying to mass emailing? I signed up for Zoho thinking it would ease our ability to communicate effortlessly via an online collaboration tool. Domain and POP mail not working for all users
I'm having difficulty getting a user setup with email for our domain. Mine (the administrator) appears to work just fine. However, the other user is not getting email sent to her address at the domain. I've noticed that by name appears followed by the correct email address in the folder frame on the left of the screen. Is there a way to call an logo file from a server in our signatures? My clients tell me that my signature shows up as an attachment instead of pulling it from a server. I tried to add the signature log in the settings and it displays correctly but goes to the cleint as an attachment. I also tried to add HTML in that portion like <img src="www.server.com/email_logo.jpg"> (example) and that wont work either.
