"Problem connecting to server" with Google Mail (Gmail) Accounts
I cannot fetch or send ANY gmail-account emails in my zoho mail accounts area. The mail is operating just fine on the gmail website so no problems there. I have also double- and triple-checked my settings. All of my non-gmail email accounts are working just fine. I called the support team and was told no one is currently available to help me. PLEASE HELP!
Problem Fetching email using POP gmail

When sending an email from the zoho mail add on in the zoho crm, the recipient's received email shows: From - USER@zoho.com on behalf of USER@Company.com The USER@Company.com is set as the default from account, how can i stop this showing "From User@zoho.com on behalf of" so that the recipient only see's From - USER@Company.com Thanks
HTML domain validation failed for abbeylogic.com
Hi. I've tried severral times to validate my domain but keep getting the message HTML domain validation failed for abbeylogic.com. I have checked that there are no tags in veryfyforzoho.html, that it is saved as ANSI and everything is spelt correctly. But I'm not getting anywhere. Any ideas?
Archive Folders
I've noticed that when I right-click on a folder, I'm given the option of archiving that folder. If I do that, will I be able to search through that folder in the archives? And would I be able to unarchive the entire folder at once?
Synching sent Items
I've been playing the last couple weeks with Zoho CRM. I was finally able to sych my pop server to the zoho email, but it's not reading any of my sent mail. Any ideas on how to fix this?

I'm intrigued. Best I can tell Zoho has most if not all the features Yahoo offers. In fact, Zoho's WYSIWYG allows photos to be added to the body of an email. BUT... Maybe I missed something obvious, anyone? Btw, is there a limit on the # of POP3 accnts I can add / access? And storage is still unlimited? That said, I'm some what confused by Zoho Biz vs just regular Zoho. I'm a consultant / freelancer so I assume Biz isn't target to me. But mayhe I'm wrong. Maybe I'd be "forced" to use Biz. As for
Problems receiving emails
Hi there, I'm having problems with my Zoho mail, in that I'm not receiving any emails that people are sending to me. Whenever I click on the FETCH button it either says 'Mailbox Busy' or 'No New Messages'. How to target organization applications in the parent window?
I'd like to add an organization application link to the Zoho Business left-side toolbar that opens in the parent window while leaving the Zoho Business toolbar on the left side. I need the correct URL syntax to add other Zoho Apps as well as URLs outside of Zoho. Currently, when I add the links they are launching in a 2nd browser window instead of the parent window. One of the links is to a Zoho Creator application, another link to Zoho Docs, and others outside the Zoho Domain. Thanks.

Hi, I know you can import a spreadsheet to Zoho, modify and save online (embedded on html), I am wondering is there a way to allow user simply click on "Save" on Zoho, and the file is automatically updated a local copy to a specific location? I need user to modify local pivot tables spreadsheet from a local file import it online, and modified data will be updated to local spreadsheet. Missing Contacts
For some reason the contacts widget on my Zoho Business Desktop is no longer showing my contacts. The contacts are there, as they appear when I search with the widget. I have the widget setting setup to display 6 contacts within the widget. Could you please let me know how to rectify this problem? Thanks, Leo.

Default signature is not added to email when sent from Zoho-Contact

aw, c'mon. I've been responsibly and happily using zoho mail for like 4 months. I just want to send 1 email to my church to pray for a woman who's getting her appendix out today. So it's sorta urgent. isn't there like a one-time waver i can get?
Notes on Desktop -> sometimes no update on edit
- I add/delete information to an existing note, - I click the save button, - "note edited successfully" popup appears But the modification is only saved when notes have not too much content . When the note has more text in it, the updates are not saved when modified from the desktop. Only when you go into the Notes application you can change notes with more text.
Blank page in Firefox when trying to reply to an email
I think this is a problem with firefox NOT Zoho. Each time I try and reply to an email using my Samsung netbook, Firfox tries to open a blank html file. This only happens on my netbook. When I do the same thing on my office Laptop, no problem. I have checked all my firefox settings and can't see anything different between my office pc and the net book. Running version 3. 0.11 of firefox both machines running windows xp. If I try and cacel or the open the blank html it just shows my reply email

sharing issues
I have created 2 user accounts and i have shared email id with both the accounts using the share option. When i login, i can see new email from the shared in email id in both the accounts. All works well till now. However when i send an email out , i can see this email only in the sent folder of account from where i send the email and not on the other account as should be the case since this email id has been shared Regards Aafke Mooij

In Zoho Personal/Settings/My Login Email ID's, I cannot edit the email because the system rejects all my attempts at entering a password. I have tried my email account password and the Zoho password (from my linked Google account). Is this an error or have I got to enter another password?

Problem with accounts
Hello I've just started using Zoho for all my planning/note-taking/email etc., but I'm having problems with the email feature. I've added my GMail account and set it to default. Still, it doesn't fetch any messages from Gmail (although there are some new ones, I've checked). Also - and this is strange - the dropdown menu in the account selector shows the gmail ID TWICE, and it doesn't show the Zoho accont (although both accounts are set up properly in the Settings).
