how to configure a Telenet account in Zoho
I can not sent any mail from my telenet account in zoho. Can somebody help for the configuration?
Unable to send mail - HELP
Hi guys, Can you guys help me out? Was receiving "This message was created automatically by mail delivery software. A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients. 554 5.2.3 MailPolicy violation Error delivering to mailboxes" whenever i tried mailing. Pls advice what to be done. spasmodic issues - sending - fetching - saving to drafts
have constant "waiting for Zoho mail" and messages spasmodically don't send - just sit there with the message saying sending. I refresh the browser and it loses all content. Have to save to drafts all the time (sometimes it just says "saving to drafts" and does nothing else). This is driving me nutso. I am a new user and am using this on recommendation.
Signatures in text-only mails
Signatures are appended to text-only mails as a single line with every linebreak ignored. Is there a way to disable/avoid that except switching to html? Otherwise I would consider it as a bug.
White Icons
Hi. I've just started using Zoho Mail and it seems really good. I have 1 problem though. When I view my mail from my home computer, all the icons are white making them very hard to see. On my work computer they are fine. I've been looking through the settings but can't seem to find what needs to be changed. Can anybody help? I'm using Firefox on Linux (Fedora 7). I've also installed the themes as you can see in the attachment but have still got the problem. :(
How can I add contacts from my inbox?

Forwarding not working
When I try to forward an email, it clears the compose window like it is sending but never closes that window. The email is not sent. Help?

Is it possible to move mails fetched via. pop in a "global inbox"? (Something like the "local inbox" in thunderbird), so that you can see all your emails in one folder? 2. can't fwd or reply
Hello. I'm having a major problem with zm. Yesterday zm crashed and I got an actual crash message but I restarted and all was well. Today every time I try to reply to or fwd messages zm freezes up and I am forced to close. When I close I get the "not responding" message and send or not send error reporting. Is it my computer or is something wrong with zoho. Thanks.

Hi, I don't have a Zoho Mail Tab (I have a Zoho Mail account). I do however see Zoho Mail settings in the preferences. Is this normal? Should the Tab be there or should I have to Add it?

404 Error in Category Selection
Hi, I am on the following URL (http://personal.zoho.com/biz/index.do) and when I choose a category without selecting a note, I am first thrown a JavaScript message ("Please select at least one note") but the page goes to a 404 page. Hi! I'm TT, administrator of an organization using Zoho Business ("tretho" a/c). I added "congdong" as users ("congdong" is an Zoho a/c which was signed up by "A" before that). And when he leaves our organization, I removed "congdong" form "User(s)" link, present in the left-side panel under "Control Panel" of "tretho" a/c. With his "congdong" a/c, A signed in and accessed his wiki (http://congdong.wiki.zoho.com before but now he can't: "Account is inactive" (notice). And when he try to click
User count incorrect
Hi, I am having an issue with the control panel in Zoho Business. At the top of the control panel (see attached jpg), it shows 11 users. However, as the screenshot shows, there are only 8 users. Is there any reason this should be displayed incorrectly? Thanks, Leo
Not receiving mail
Hi, I have followed instructions on setting up a business account (CNAME verification and MX records). Accounts under our domain can send mail out but can't receive mail in. Any advice would be appreciated. Brent

i.e. an pplication that would enable the capture of a hi level business case... - objective - alternatives - recommended solution - assumptions - cost - blah, balh, blah - benefit type (cost savings, strategice investment, revenue generation...) - department you know.. the hi level summarized business case. te app would the enable you to view by various attributes, capture all your cases in one place, present a spreadsheet like view, etc anything come close to this?
Host Company email with Zoho

Why?
I clicked on the 'Business' tag at the top of the page while in the perpsonal version of Zoho and now appear to be permanently stuck in the Business Version. Does this matter? Have I exposed myself in some way? Why was I not given the option to go back? Why can I not change it back to personal? Despite sending a message to the powers that be, I have had no response. Perhaps someone here can help or advise? Thanks
Emails sent to non-existent address in domain
What happens to emails which are sent to an address which is not set up for an existing domain? For example, if an email is sent to john@example.com but example.com does not have a user set up for john@example.com, what happens to the email? Does it send a response to the sender or can it be sent to one of the existing accounts in the domain? Thanks.
Compose Mail
If I have multiple email ids against a name in contact list, I see only one email id as a drop down option, when I type the name as a recipient in compose window of zoho mail. I, also, see that the email ids are shown if I type the First Name only. I expect to all the email ids, instead of just one email id, if I type the First Name or Middle Name or Last Name or Nick name. Regards, Srijit

Dear Sir or Madam, I have moved my business email account (pop) here into Zoho mail online, and as business working, may I will send hundreds of emails per day. as I do this on Outlook successfully. Changing Login Information
I am a setting up some Zoho accounts for all of our staff members (7 in total). In doing so, I misspelled one of the staff member’s name. Is there any way that I can change the spelling through the settings? I have already corrected the spelling mistake within the personal details portion of the settings, but it still only allows the user to log into Zoho using the original incorrect spelling. Sync capabilities
Are there plans to make calendar, tasks, and contacts able to sync with Blackberry, Palm, etc? These features are being requested by my customers so I'd like to give them some idea IF you plan on this as well as WHEN. Keep up the great work. I'm always gratified by quick responses and fixes from the support crew at Zoho. Just read a short blurb about Zoho in a computer magazine and they really sing your praises. As for me, in time you will be the Google Apps/Docs killer.

Tasks - End dates set to 2011?
Hello, I am having another problem with tasks: I am taking a web-based class and I have a number of chapter tests to hand-in. To keep me on track, I have created 17 tasks for the 17 chapters, each with an end date between January and May of this year. I looked at my task list yesterday and found that the end dates were now skewed, as they are now spread over 2010 and 2011 as well. It would be very helpful and in alignment with business-class email to have the ability to designate one of our valid email addresses as a catch-all for any invalid domain addresses rather than return it to the sender.
Need to reassign a mail account from a deleted user to another user
