Ambiguity :: Archival to make all read
I prefer that when we say archive emailbox, it should first mark the emails selected as read and then pull them into the archival folder. There is no point having the messages unread in the archive folder right? Or am I missing something?
Feature Request :: Select All Spanning Pages
There should be a Select All that spans pages also similar to http://www.inbox.com/ message, which would facilitate selecting all the messages and archiving them at ease.
'Contact Deleted' Confirmation Message is not positioned
When I use select all and delete contacts, after deletion, when the message is displayed, it incorrectly overlaps with the other elements on the page. Also, I see an inconsistency. For every other confirmation message, a balloon tip used to come from bottom. Why is for this alone, a top message is being resorted to?

'To' field does not seem to have email address validation
'To' field does not seem to have email address validation. I misspelt an email address and it says sent. It does not bounce either. Now to confirm it, I typed 'test' and it has sent it too. Can someone look into it and help out?

Suddenly Email stops sending and receiving Mo known reason
3 days ago my zomail suddenly stops working online. Cant send, it times out, can t receive either. Check my settings. I have made NO changes, I set it and leave it, why should it change? My zoho account works ok, this is my other pop account. However it all works fine on my local thunderbird client. I send a feedback form but I've had no reply. So my somail is now dead and I cant see any reason why. Please advise.
Editing Label Color throws unnecessary validation message
I intended to edit the color of my label from Settings page. When I chose a different color and hit Save, it says Label already exists. The intent was update attributes.
How to configure domain for Zoho Mail?
zoho Mail homepage says Personalized Email Address Get personalized e-mail address (i.e yourname@yourcompany.com) - or create one with the @zoho.com domain. But I could not find any options in settings page to configure the domain name? Or am I missing something?

Does it 'Auto-Fetch' when you select an account from the left-top corner account listings? If it does, I think, we need not chose 'Fetch' and zoho can also momentarily disable Fetch button to save load on the servers right?
'Fetch' for specific accounts
I just thought if you could implement 'Fetch' with a pull down arrow so that I can opt to Fetch only selective emails. Currently, I guess, Fetch is trying to download emails from all the configured accounts which would be terribly slow and would be an unwarranted load on the server too.

When I click on a particular label on the left hand side, it just says 'Loading ...'. I would say, if you could rephrase the message as Loading labelname, it would be still more user-friendly right?

ZMail Firefox NoScript Incompatibility
Installed Firefox NoScript add-on and ZMail would just show "fetching mails..." forever - allowing Zoho zone restored my mail. Recommend ZMail display an error code or better status window with a time out setting. Also would like to see email download status as in "xx emails out of yy downloaded".

Add Email Address div is pierced by Set Default Email
In Settings page, the Add Email Address div is pierced by Set Default Email Address dropdown. (Screenshot attached) Browser IE 6. This is a IE issue. 'Select All' Delete Contacts Second Time gives Wrong Error
When I want to choose all contacts displayed on the page and delete, I use 'Select All' and deleted. The page refreshed but all the checkboxes were selected. Now when I just chose 'Delete', it unselected all the checkboxes and asked me to choose at least one contact. Why is this discrepancy?
Contacts and calendar not launching
Neither contacts nor ZOHO calendar are launching within ZOHO Business. I troubleshooted as much as possible including researching forums. Any suggestions? This does not resolve with login off and on again nor anything else I can find. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Also, am I correct tgat it will be possible to share calendars soon? Till yesterday whenever I use to type a name to send a message (like John Smith) the system showed me the list of all Johns with his last names. Today just shows me all the Johns but not his lasts names, what is happenning? can you take a solution? Best regards Carlos Li

How do I receive emails to my own account?
I've set my usual (AOL-based) address as send from address & that works fine (includinng with your mobile version, great!) However it won't receive emails to that address via Zoho. Is that normal? If not, what should I do?
Calendar date

Changing user name when reaching out
Hi, I note that if your login username for z business is say, 'Bob' then all your outbound communications like when using z Viewer, inviting folks to a meeting, notification for sharing a document etc all appear with the recipient as 'Bob has invited you to.....' However I'd like my z username to personal to me. Like many, I am anxiously awaiting the Single Sign On (SSO) functionality to be extended to Zoho CRM. I've utilized SSO for most of your other modular apps using my OpenID from Yahoo/Google. I'd like to register for Zoho CRM but am worried about how I'll later be able to migrate data from an account created now with a 'manual' username/password to my OpenID once SSO is turned on for CRM.
