Safe to use the Beta?
I've been using the ZOHO Business Beta for a few weeks now and really like it as a program. I am wondering, when the product comes out of beta, will my information be wiped or will it remain within the program and remain free to use. If it is to be sold, will I have the opportunity to keep my data and purchase the program? If so, what is the projected selling price of ZOHO Business? I don't want to enter too much data into ZOHO business and then lose it at some point, thus my inquiry. I would like
Print Tasks
Dear Zoho, thank you thank you thank you!!!!!!! Zoho Business may make my life much easier with your tasks, however it would be even better if I could print each individual task!!! i.e. my engineers jobs for the next day separately so it acts as a job sheet..... Add apps custom logos
When you click "add apps", it only gives you limited options for pre-set zoho icons. When will we have the ability to add custom icons for apps we add that are not part of the zoho suite. i.e. if I add http://www.echosign.com, can I also add the echosign logo for the left hand side so I don't have to pick one that doesn't fit?
April calendar/dates/views not displaying
I just started working with zoho business yesterday evening. As I was putting in appts on the April calendar, it froze up. When I tried to reload the page, it will only show April 1 and that's all. No matter what view I try to load. Please advise. Thanks, jasonod :?
Calendar
All the entries in my calendar have been moved on by on day since the transfer from z.mail to z. business. Has anyone else encountered this problem? Is there any solution to this problem?

When I had my sizey whisker trimmed recently I adamant to ask for a bit of a obviouser edge as my primary boundary was getting a bit lanky. I showed my stylist a portrait of the of a mediocre of edge I needed but unfortunately my stylist cut too much 's breadth off from the top scrap of my 's breadth and the sides to represent the edge and I unexceptionally flinch from it. It barely doesn't look set up and the at best way I can subsist with it is to pin hal f of the boundary chasing with a hand.

Zoho VO in vserver
I am using zoho V.O. for a while in a vmware virtual machine. In order to reduce hardware resources needed I am trying to move it to vserver. I have setup a minimal debian install and I am able to run VO in the host environment, but when I try to run it inside a virtual machine (guest) I got the following message: "Trying to start MySQL server failed" The thing is that myqsld appears to be running! Even the log messages from vmware and vserver systems are the same. It seems the loader can't find
Need Email id
I have an account in zoho. I have used all the available solutions of Zoho (except mail). It really impressed me. Eagerly waiting to use email solutions. For that i have to get an email account. I have submitted my request through zoho. Adding users in Business Groups
I go to Business, and then down to groups, but I'm the only user, and my doc. won't share to the shared doc. tab.
Bugs & Suggestions
Bugs I've created a group and added myself to it but the desktop is not reporting it correctly. It display "Name" and line and underneath that is "You don't belong to any group" When I try to click on a task to get details in the desktop view it doesn't do anything and I can't click on anything else. Buddies list isn't displaying anything even when I add someone. Suggestions Add/remove widgets on desktop. Automatic sync. The ability to set specific due time like 5:00 am on tasks. quotation mark in location name causes error
In Zoho Business I've begun to add our company's locations however after entering N'Djamena the locations manager stopped working. I can not add new locations or delete old ones. The javascript error points to the name N'Djamena as being the problem. How can I delete this or have this fixed.... I need to add more locations but can not do anything with this bug. Thanks. I really like your business suite and think our company may go with it.

We can rename/move nav items but why cant we remove ones we don't use when using zoho business?

Hi- I would to know how I would have different "PROJECTS"? We are a software development firm and we have different customers- We need to setup different customer-user accounts based on "projects". Obviously "Tasks" would be associated with a "Project"- Any ideas?? Thanks!

Domain registration - won't accept a dash "-"
I tried to register my domain and it keeps asking for a valid URL. If I try entering it without the dash, then it works. Please allow for dashes (-) in domain names as it is an allowed character.
Missing Groups under "My Groups"
I've added 5 groups for the organization acct I've created and have approximately 10 other users on it for the purpose of organizing our different committees. I set up 5 groups and assigned the different users to their groups but now only a few groups are listed under their "my groups." I'm a part of 3 groups myself and only see 1 group listed under "my groups." Why is that? -Vicky

danish charracters not displaying correctly
The letters ��� i the headlines (P�mindelser - reminders) + (v�lg m�ned - select month) and other similar word are not displayed correctly. Can you correct this. I've tried to change the encoding - did't help. The translation into Danish is otherwise ok. What about the time-format - we dont use AM/PM but 24H format Regards Jan

Pushing calendar to Outlook 2003
I've tried several times to push my calendar from Zoho to Outlook in order to sync my phone with my appointments and this does not work. I get a .ics file which from outlook I import, however it errors out with a bad file type. Any idea how to successfully get my calendar to sync with Outlook?
Apps - Documents

Groups very buggy
I am trying to set up a group, but I continually get the following message: Error! Sorry we are unable to process your request. Please try again later. I tried to set up the same group twice, but got the same error both times. Next time I opened the Group Home page, I see that the group was actually created twice, but the moderator I input has been ignored, and the value is NULL. So I tried to edit the group, and then delete the group, but got the same message above each time.
Changing existing logo
Hi am trying to change my existing logo under "Settings"in Mail. When I click the "browse" button and select my image, and then Click "Save" the old logo still remains. Any ideas on how to change a exsiting logo. Cheers!

Delete / purge the calendar - can it be done?
Somewhere between exporting a .dba file from Palm Desktop calendar, converting it to a .csv (had to import into Yahoo calendar then export as a .csv) and then converting that to a .ics (imported the .csv into Sunbird and exported as a .ics) I imported some funky data into my Zoho calendar. Months missing, dupe events, yikes! The mistakes in my file conversion steps are now known and fixed so my data is finally good. I'd like to start over with the Zoho calendar and get rid of those botched, earlier

Customize ZOHO Desktop to show more application modules?
First off, I love ZOHO Business. I use it while in class and even setup different accounts to share notes, projects, and HW for classmates recently. Is it possible to customize ZOHO Desktop in Zoho Business to show modules for different applications like: documents, planner, and notebook? It would be great to have a busy Desktop with modules showing for each different ZOHO applications. This would be awesome and I�m sure all the other ZOHO users would agree. Hello, I can't seem to be able to Share any type of documents, spreadsheets, etc. When I click Share, the pop-up appears, I enter an Users email address and nothing happens??? Any help or advice will be appreciated. Thanks! Danye
Problem or Limit on Adding Users?
I was able to successfully add a user to my Zoho Business... but unable to add any users beyond that. A separate post suggested that if members have already access Zoho business that you cannot add them... but I know that this is not the case. Is it limited to 2 users during Beta? What will pricing be after Beta?
