problems with zoho bussines
hi there, i just want to congratulate you for your excellent work and also just to tell you that i have been having problems because i can�t delete users, i also can not assign a task to any of my users and finally i can not add new categary to my tasks.
New App creation and deletion
In ZOHO Business, I am able to create new apps in the Apps column, but cannot not delete those creations. "Settings" - "Nav Bar Items" only allows me to remove the created app from the column but not delete it entirely. What is the procedure to delete an unwanted app - that I've created?

How Do My Users Log On to My Zoho Business Account / Desktop
Hi, I'm excited to get full speed on all the amazing applications. I just don't understand how they view my customized desktop for the team. Do I create seperate Zoho Business accounts for them or do they log on with my password. I don't see where they log on to my site with the user id's I've listed for them. Please let me know what I'm missing. Thank you.
Integrating with Zoho Projects
I've been a fan of Zoho for some time. The issue preventing me from implementing in a corporate environment has always been the lack of integration between tools. Zoho Business is sooo close to what I need. Is there a timeline for integrating with Zoho Projects? The remaining roadblock is having tasks/docs/meetings in two places (e.g. that a Meeting created in Projects doesn't appear on the Business calendar). That's a non-starter.
Zoho Business versus Google Apps Premier

new task button does not work
on the zBIZ front page: 1. creating a new event works. but cannot open existing events, i by click, or double-click,or popup menu. how is it supposed to work? all results in spinning ball, actually the 20yr old mac watch here. 2. new task does not work. results in spinning ball/watch. then i go to the task page. - >new task, same results. How do I go about creating a document in a group. I would like to allow others in the group to view and change this document. I see no way of doing this.
Upload document to a group
How can I upload documents to a specific group? I was able to upload documents to my Zoho Business account but I have not being able to move them (or upload them directly) to a group that I created it. I can add documents to the group by creating new ones using Zoho Writer, Zoho Sheet, etc; however I would like to upload documents that I already created using Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc. Regards

Fetch mail from outlook
I am currently using zoho mail for my office mail id (which is pop enabled), before it i use outlook and before that i use horde/squirellmail. Is it possible to get back all those sent & inbox mail from outlook/my mail account in zohomail account.
Left-side Menu Pane not working in IE7

Problem faced in Zohomail regarding 'tag'
Hi I got some tag related problem in zohomail. Let's give some examples: As a user in web platform, our first intention search any ling in pages. So when i need to delete tag, i have to search from where i will get the option. I take the mouse pointer over 'tag'. didn't find any link (my suggestion make a page which will have link on tag & where tag related all modification can be made). Then right clicked over individual tag, clicked on tag delete, but it does not working. I have created 2-4 tags.

Can't delete edited messages from Outbox
Hi, When I edit a message that is sitting in the outbox, it creates a new message which is sent properly. The old message stays in the outbox with the status 'stopped' instead of being automatically deleted. I cannot manually delete these messages. I have adjusted the server timeout period, as recommended in other posts, but it makes no difference. I'm building up a collection of these messages, and I'd like to get rid of them. Does anyone know any tricks to solve this problem? Cheers Iain

Group Calendar - can't add multiday event
Hi. When I try to add an event in a group calendar, I can only do it for a single day, i.e. there is no option for "All Day Event". When you change the end day, the start day also changes to match. Second, can I suggest that there be an option to have the data/events from your group calanders show up in your personal calender. Last, again just a suggestion, would it be possible to have an option to have the data from all your email accounts consolidated into one account so that you can view all incoming

I think a how-to would be a great addition to this forum. At least from my point of view, the lack of a help menu makes it a little difficult to learn and use some of Zoho Business features. I've been getting some help through email, but that takes time. I've been trying to share documents from the US to a friend in UK. I have selected "Share" from the drop down menu and enter my friend's email, but still hasn't work. We both been trying to find out exactly how to go about it, but so far nothing

Hi Staff, I have added a gmail account sucessfully and is working well, the second account I have tried has come up with the error message Error Message: Unrecognized SSL message, plaintext connection? If I don't select the use ssl button in the configuration box it installs Ok and works well I would like it to be in the ssl mode . The mail server is ihug.co.nz Your help would be appreciated

navigation links inactive on FF
when the icons on top are clicked the left menu bar disappears and the application has more real estate (which is fine). However none of the navigation links (on top) in this view are active. The only way to get back to the main view is by clicking on X to close the application. browser: FF 2.0.0.7, Window XP SP/2; same behavior on IE 6.x

I have found that when opening the administration area in Zoho business that the links back to desktop open in a new window reathert than the current window. Is this a bug as it doesn't seem to conform to the standard way navigation works.
Recreate documents
Hello. Just did a reinitializeDB but now I have found that all documents are gone when accessing the server at /var/www/html/VirtualOffice/bin/store. From within Zoho VO the tree structure is intact but naturally no document can be opened. Some of the documents was still needed by the users. I have set Zoho VO to backup all (documents included) but found that the latest zipped backup-file just contains the folders 'mysql' and 'server' and no files. Are there any chance to recover the documents/files
