How can I access to zoho mail
I have obtained ad zoho mail account, and I should enabled it, following instructions of the mail. Now, how can I access to my mail on zoho?

Hello, I work in a hybrid environment. We are considering moving over to Zoho CRM. Obviously, the PC users can use the Outlook Plugin. But the Mac users are without resource. I don't know if I should run Outlook on parallels on our Mac's or will there be a way to sync with our Macs soon. Please advise. Eddy
No email and no support?
I tried to avoid posting individual support problems to the forum, but I've now emailed the support at the business product, and the support at the email product with my problem, and I have not heard back from either. The email to the business division was over 2 weeks ago, and I still have heard nothing. For a business class product, I was at least expecting some sort of a reply. My problem, is that I have no email in the business product. I don't see where it is, I don't see where to add it, and
ZB Bug
On that note, I also have a glitch, in my ZB home screen it has links to all my writer docs but none of my spreadsheets show up in the box on the home page. Why is that? This is still an issue. Thanks.

Adding User - No Email
I was setting up my Zoho Business account, I have my domain verified. Couple of things. When trying to add a user - was not clear if I was supposed to add a user name or a full email address - the page was also unresponsive when I went to add someone. I finally added them - but they do not have access to Zoho Mail Does Zoho mail come standard when you add new users to your account? I would need to have new users have access to email. Thanks!

How may I prevent Zoho Mail from fetching my old gmail messages? I would like it to fetch only the unread ones because I have way too many messages.

You mention a roadmap here and there for ZB but you don't provide the people who are using the service with a CLEAR and COMPREHENSIVE outlook of what and when its finally going to happen. Pop account problems
I've added a pop account to zoho mail. But when I click the 'fetch' button, it only checks the zoho default account. Do I need to enable this somewhere else?

Move email message around or into another folder
How do you do this? I've been looking for the "move" function dropdownlist or a button but I can't find it. I have some stuff that got placed in the spam folder and I want it moved to the inbox or something of that nature. I also tried dragging and dropping and that didn't work . That would be a cool feature though if its implemented. Please let me know, thanks.
Move Mail between 'accounts'
Like many people I have several email accounts and have registered them all in Zoho Mail. I like the way that Zoho Mail manages them all sperately, compared to say Gmail and others that bring the mail from all accounts into the same Inbox. However - the one problem I have is with the occasional message that comes in from email account 1 and should be filed in a folder within email account 2. I can't see any way to move mail between 'accounts'. Any ideas anyone? jonb

Can't see to get tasks working in Zoho Business. When I enter the info to create a new task and click on create, nothing happens.

Hi, It would be really helpful to be able to import .pdf's into zoho business even if they are not editable. Many scanned documents are scanned as pdf's and it would be helpful to be able to share such documents. Thanks

iCal Import into Calendar Problems
When I export an ics file from Outlook 2007 and import into ZB Calendar every entry has "LANGUAGE=en-us:" in the title. How do I get rid of this? Also, got a big bad error when I tried to import my current week's appts. I sent the error msg directly to support. So now the Calendar doesn't display at all! Help, I'm trying to move over all my Outlook data to ZB. Thanks
Tasks and Calendar Items on My Phone
(For those who have noticed forgive all the posts but I'm pounding away on Zoho Business. I actually think I have one more after this.) I'm trying to figure out if it's possible to somehow get all of my ZB calendar items and tasks onto my Treo (Palm OS). 10 Link Limit on Desktop
It seems like there's a limit of 10 links that will show on the desktop. I'm assuming it's not a real high priority but any plans to expand this? Also, what about the ability to sort/re-order them?

Hi, I believe when you start charging for zoho business part of that may be based on disk space used if so it would be nice to have some sort of mb or gb consumed indicator. Even if you set a fixed price on zoho business (that would be preferred - something similar to what google charges) it still would be nice to know just how much space were consuming. Thanks

Task / Calendar integration
I hope I'm not becoming a nuisance, but the more I use Zoho the more I love it. I've noticed something that someone else may have already addressed, but I didn't find anything on it... Wouldn't it make better sense for the items you put in Tasks to appear on your calendar automatically rather than having to go TO the calendar each time and re-enter them? Is this in the works by any chance? Thanks in advance...
Notes - Cant Categorize
Because Tasks are not working, we have been trying to make-do by using Notes. I just categorized about 15 notes for various people/tasks only to find out that none of them actually GOT categorized. I went through another time, thinking maybe I'd carelessly done something wrong --- with no luck.

Online Brainstorming with other Zoho forum users
Just had the crazy thought of starting a Zoho collaboration workspace by getting together in online meetings (webinars) with other Zoho forum users to discuss/brainstorm about ideas, business solutions, workarounds that help improve/enhance the Zoho suite of products. Some of the apps we can utilize would be Zoho Wiki, Zoho Show, Zoho Projects, Zoho Meeting among others. All of these are already included in Zoho Business for us to utilize as a group. Hi, When I access ZoHo mail through business everything is fine. If I use the regular zoho email on your home page my imported logo shows up ontop of the Zoho logo. Not a big deal but I thought you guys should know.. Thanks

Hi, I am evaluating your product as a potential replacement to our corporate MS Office/Sharepoint environment...I must say that so far I am impressed! A couple of improvements would go a long way to helping make this transition a smoother process: 1) Active Directory/Single Signon integration 2) A way to import information from MS Exchange and/or Outlook (calendar, e-mail, contacts, tasks etc) 3) Second the comment made by somebody else for Blackberry sync / Blackberry Enterprise Server (aka BES)
