Can't connect from clients
Pls, i just installed Zoho VO and i've been able to connect and perform all necessary operations from the host pc. However, I just can connect from other computers on the LAN. PLS, HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I can not send emails out of Zoho VO. Everytime I try I receive this error message: Relaying denied. IP name lookup failed [64.41.199.18] Please help, my smtp server is configured correctly.

Can't open any documents or files in IE
We are currently evaluating Zoho VO. So far any user in IE cannot open any doument, wether .doc / .html / .gif etc in any document folder (personal/shared/groups). Firefox will at least prompt you to open or save, but considering it'll even say that on .html files and download it instead of jsut opening it is rather interesting. The fault seems to lie with the Javascript. Even opening a page that has javascript pop-ups says Done but with Errors. Here's one of the errors: Line:14 Char:17 Code:0 Error:Object
Using Sendmail and/or Postfix on Hosted System
Hello! I want to say that Virtual Office is an excellent product and that it is great to use. :P I do have an issue when trying to get local email from the system it is not allowing me to add the local root account. I am using Fedora Core 6 with sendmail and postfix mail system. I have stopped each of the mail services in hope that it was a mail system conflict and I am not able to add the root account in either scenario. Any suggestions on how I can add the root account to get local messages? Thank

Hi, I'm using your excelent service, Zoho Virtual Office for a while, the on-demand version. within the options in VO i'm able to add users to be able to use VO, but i can't make them able to login to the online version, altough they have replied to the email that is sent by VO when adding a new user. Am i wrong by saying that it isn't working? or is this correct and i can't actually add any user unless i pay? Can i share all VO features with other users, all in the same virtual space? regards, Pedro

Seems a fine product, but i have question: 1. when logged as root, I created users, a private group, and made myself (root) and other users as private group members/moderators 2. unable to share documents to contacts
Hello ZOHO, I use VO for a while. When I have a document that I want to share to a contact, I fill in the e-mail address. But the person does not receive an e-mail at all.

trouble creating a webfolder
Hi, I try to create a webfolder but when I get to the point of entering name and password it does not accept it. I even made an user with the same name and pw as the administrator account from the pc that is running zoho vo and that gave the same result: no acception, and after 3 tries, XP says the folder is not valid. hi, i've tried to export my calendar to see what would happen, but unofrtunately nothing does happen when i hit the button export, after selecting the dates and the items i want to export. Is this being saved into a temp file or folder? do i have to setup anything prior to this? regards, Pedro

Null Pointer Exception after entering an event

Contact won't accept an email like .IE or .FR etc
I am trying to add contacts but when I type an email address it says the address is invalid. It seems to accept .COMs OK but not other local country identifiers.....
How do I delete a Contact 'Category'?

How do I install ZOHO in Web Hosting??
Hi Sadiq (I am sure you will be the one answering this one) I bought a hosting plan, and I want to install ZOHO Virtual Office there... All I know is that I need SSH and Root privileges... I have both... Also I know I am in a Linux environment, so I am downloading the .bin installer, and then I will upload it through FTP to my public_html folder... But now... what�s next? Calender Problem after 3201 update
Sent log files & bug report in to ZOHO. But has anyone run into this yet. This happened to me after posting an event in the calender. Only problem now is that I can not access the calender anymore.....

when try to change a contacts emailaddress into user@domain.BE (belgium) I get the message that is is not a valid domain , when i use user@domain.com (E.G.) then everything works fine . Is there a possibility to add .BE to the TLD list?

Document repository issues
Hello, After testing Zoho VO, we manually deleted the bin/store or document repository of Zoho VO. Now because of this we are having problems updating the document list entries in the web interface of Zoho VO. Is there a way to clear the document repository list (in the MySQL database) of Zoho VO? Problems with files with filenames containing quotes
Last week I installed Zoho VO 3.2 and it runs very nice. I started to put in some categories and documents in serval groups. Today when I tried to move a document to another group, it didn't work. After dome checking I noticed the original filename had an single quote. Now, there's no way to remove or move the file. Contacts not saved
Working on the hosted version of ZohoVO from my office(using a Windows PC), I added some contacts to the app. Some I could import others entered manually. If I try "quick add" the program will ask me to sign in again and the contacts will not save. After getting home a couple of hours later using my mac none of the contacts were online, only some tasks and calendar entries were saved. What happened?...

VO Email "Connection Reset"
I am running Version 3.2 and Build 3210 of Zoho Virtual Office. I've had the program for several months it's been working fine. However, six days ago I stopped receiving mail within VO. I've three email accounts set up within VO and none of them are receiving any new mail. Issue with deleting spam
I am the administrator of the Zoho VO system I have set up, and I have set up several different e-mail accounts under my username (to check for e-mails that come in via several different e-mail addresses that I have). These are listed, as one would expect, down the left-hand side of the screen when I click the "E-mail" tab. Is it possible for the CRM to work with the Virtual Office. I need a good Calendar for the CRM and I want to have them integrated. I am considering the CRM but I can't seem to find the calendar in it.
Importing LDAP directory
I am trying to import my organization's LDAP directory into the contacts list. Unfortunately, VO will only import 2500 records out of approximately 8000. Is it possible to change a setting in VO to allow LDAP to pull all records instead of only 2500? Thanks, Karl
