Hi, I would like to invite users from within my Outlook 365 address book. Is there a recommended way to invite these users without having to copy and paste each email address into Zoho Meeting?Call in details
It seems that one must be at a computer to utilize this service. In the case that I want to send a meeting invite and include the Zoho meeting to use as a conference line I still must go to a desktop to login and start it. It will not work from the browser or app on a smartphone. Also, the attendees must go to the desktop to get the exact call in details since they are not included in the invite. Will these somewhat standard options be added soon? I am utilizing another service until they can beE-Mail Template / Different Language
Hello together, I´ve got a questions about the sent emails when scheduling a webinar or meeting. Is it possbible to change the text within the E-Mail. HI, When I attempt to record either a webinar or meeting the recording audio is perfect, however, the video comes up saying that I did not share the screen. I confirmed with my attendees that the screen was shared to them (would have made a very boring presentation otherwise). I was using Chrome at the time and haven't tried other browsers but didn't think that this would make a difference. Hi there....I recently ran my first webinar through ZM. there were two issues: -the video did not actually start recording until 2 minutes after I clicked on the start recording button -and once the video did kick in, the quality of the audio was not very good. I have a professional microphone, and locally, the audio sounds great when I record, but the quality in the Zoho Meetings recording was not good enough that I will have to use another webinar platform for future meeting, sadly. Hello, I am new in zoho and I would llike to know HOW TO SEND A LINK VIA EMAIL to a lead so the lead would response back to me indicating the day and time for a meeting. I mean, I have an email template that finishes with a question: "When is it much better for you to have a meeting with me?" and right after that question, I would like to add a link that says: "Schedule meeting" When my new LEAD clicks on that link, he can send me the date of the desired meeting. When I schedule a meeting for the future, and click the "add to calendar", that event is downloaded as an ,ics file. That event is shown as an offset to UTC when adding to Google. The time is technically correct if you save the event, but the time shown is 8 hours off for my attendees if they only look at the time itself. Not everyone looks at the time zone when replying to events, and it confuses people to have to count back from UTC. Does it allow you to share specific applications on your screen instead of the whole screen? so I can say "share keynote" or "share safari" and only that will share not my whole desktop? Hi, I have signed up for Zoho Meetings and opted for 3 x Hosts. I have now added three colleague who have accepted the invites. This morning my colleague was testing the service out with another colleague, but each time my colleague started a meeting (to share his screen with the other colleague) I would get a notification on my screen saying I was about to join a meeting. We us large monitors so sharing whole screen creates readability issues for people viewing the screen. Also we have notifications and other open windows we do not want shared on the screen.
