We're constantly rolling out new features and enhancements in Zoho Meeting. Here are a list of new features and enhancements rolled out in this month (May 2018).
Zoho Meeting add-on for Zoho CRM
We have come up with a tighter integration for online meetings with Zoho CRM events. You can now schedule and host meetings; invite your CRM leads, contacts, or users; and view recordings and reports in your CRM portal. You can also access all those meetings in your Zoho Meeting portal. This comes as an add-on to Zoho CRM paid and trial users. You can try it free for 14 days, after which you can get this add-on at just $1/user/month.

Introducing Android App
We are happy to announce our new android app for web meetings. You can start a meeting from your computer or iOS devices and your participants can join your meeting from their android devices using our android app.

Introducing Report Generation for Webinars
We have good news for those who've waited for the downloadable webinar reports functionality in Zoho Meeting. You can now generate various reports like registrants, attendees, polls, Q&As, and performance reports for your webinar from the Webinar Analytics section. All the reports are downloadable in XLS and CSV formats.
Enhanced connection speed and stability
We are continuously focused on improving performance, stability, and connection speed. We have made some enhancements to the server connections and added new protocols to improve the stability of audio/video connections, so you'll see an improvement in the connection speed.
Screen Quality Improvements
We have come up with a new implementation to enhance the screen sharing quality. This helps your attendees by reducing blurriness, browser memory consumption, and bandwidth usage..

Enhanced Google Chrome extentions
Keep all your Zoho Meeting events handy. The Google Chrome extension for Zoho Meeting is now fully-featured with your meetings and webinars. You can start instant meetings, schedule a meeting or webinar, and view and start the upcoming meetings and webinars.

Hold Phone Audio Conferencing
You can now hold phone audio conferencing with Zoho Meeting. Once you schedule meeting and invite participants, the audio conference details will be sent to the invitees along with the invitation email. Your participants can join the conference directly from the phone using international numbers and conference code without joining from the web. However for security reasons the presenter has to start the meeting from the web. This feature is currently available in our early access servers. Contact support to enable this feature on your account.
Meeting Duration
As requested, we have now added meeting duration. You can now set the duration of your meeting, ranging from fifteen minutes to three hours, while scheduling. This will be sent along with the invitation email so your meeting participants can plan accordingly.
Exit Session
We have now introduced the option to end the meeting or webinar at the bottom left of the Presenter app. Your meeting participants/webinar attendees will be notified once you exit the session.
Other enhancements and bug fixes.
Web App
- Changed the font style in our web app.
- Updated the certificates for the app servers.
- Moved to the latest security milestone.
- Audio details are now sent along with the invitation email.
- Updated the meeting reminder email template.
- The webinar registrants list is now displayed in the order of registered time.
- Polls results for the webinars started by other members or admin are now visible to organization admin.
- Fixed the issue of webinar confirmation emails getting phishing notification and landing in spam folders in Gmail.
- Fixed the issue of own audio conference details not sent along with the invitation email .
- Fixed the issue of the participant name not being reflected while joining from embed meeting widget.
- Fixed the issue of showing the time in milliseconds in reminder email.
- Fixed the failure to display registrants list in upcoming webinars page when there are more than 20 registrants.
- Fixed the inability to choose presenters while scheduling or rescheduling meeting from the Internet Explorer browser.
- Fixed the issue of showing previous poll results for the star rating to the participants, unless someone votes.
- Fixed the issue of not showing the earlier poll activity in the participant app.
Timezones and calendar bug fixes
- Fixed the issue of not showing the timezone in My Recordings list.
- Fixed the issue with adding events using "Add to calendar" option after registering for a webinar.
- Failure to add event to Outlook Calendar has been fixed.
- Fixed the issue of showing incorrect scheduled meeting time in Google Calendar.
- Fixed the issue of meetings getting missed in Google Calendar.
- Email no longer gets triggered from invitation email in Gmail after turning the settings off.
- Restored option to add ICS file to the email calendar using RSVP.
Presenter/Participant App
- Fixed the issue with not getting reconnected automatically while switching network.
- Fixed multiple issues with participant app in Firefox 59 version, like server connection, audio problem, and switching presenters during webinar.
- Fixed the issue of showing attendee as null while joining the meeting from desktop app.
- Restored option to connect audio when there is a problem with video or webcam.
- Fixed the issues with Give Control like app getting crashed and missing characters while typing fast from participants computer.
- Restored option to go back from phone audio in the initial landing for video disabled users.
- Fixed the issue of "Screen Share" button being disabled when the screen is not shared.
- Fixed the issue with garbled text for other language attendee name/chat message in presenter and participant app.
- Fixed the issue of audio/video and screen sharing permissions getting lost for the switched presenter when reloading the page.
- Fixed the issue of skipping slides during a presentation in webinar.
- Fixed the usability issues with mute/unmute in presenter/participant app.
- Fixed the issue of page not loading for browsers with other languages in cookie.
Desktop App
- Added option to choose monitors while sharing the screen.
- Made the launcher compatible with higher versions of Mac OS.
Media and conference Server
- Updated the latest certificates in the servers.
- IVR messages are refined and tuned for phone conferencing.
- Duplicate participant connections are better handled now such that the most recent connection is considered as the actual participant and the same will be notified to the earlier duplicate participant.
- Fixed the issue of missing the attendees name in the list while reconnecting to the webinar.
iOS App
- Fixed the issue with audio/video not working for participants joining a meeting from computer for a meeting started from ios app.
