Issue with jQuery Tabs on mobile - iPhone, Android.
We have created a mobile version of our site (in .Net) using jQuery. This site includes a jQuery Tab, which works perfectly fine when viewed on a desktop browser (Firefox, IE, Chrome, Safari). The selection of tabs work fine when clicked with mouse. I have ASP.net ListView control in the tab's panel which fills the list elements. When the same site is browsed on a mobile, the tab renders perfectly. However, the tabs are not selected when tapped on the individual tabs on mobile device. I have used my android phone in the past to make edits to accounts, notes, events, whatever and have seen the updates when I log into my desktop. This was my first time using my iPad to make edits & absolutely none of my notes are there. I have started to evaluate Zoho crm and so far I really like it. We will be using the mobile app all the time and I think it will work great for us but I think it can work even better with a few extra functions. The app seems to handle outbound calls great, easy to call a lead or a contact and after the call is completed it is easy to ad information about the call. Hi, I haven't been able to do the following within the Android CRM APP. Could you please confirm if i am right or wrong. I have not been able to: - Access our email templates from within the app, meaning i can not send a contact one of our standard emails. - Access our "products" from within the app. - Call a contact from the app using Skype or another client. - Sort tasks in account>tasks> - by default all tasks are shown, also closed tasks... Every contact I import from my phone includes the title (Mr.) no matter what gender they are. If I input a new contact into zoho I can opt for no title. Is there a way to set it this way to I do not have any title in the contact name. Its defaulting to Mr. for some reason and I cannot figure out how to adjust this setting. This is probably not Zoho's fault, but is there a way using exchange sync on Andriod to sync only my calendar and not email. The reason for this is that I have a budget device with very little phone storage space, which quickly gets filled up. Hello, When I try to import a lead from my Iphone's adress book the application crash and close without error message. I can see the content of my adress book, search contact, but if I select one, the app exit. It is the same situation with my Ipad. (booth are running IOS6.) I've checked and the right are provided to Zoho in order to allow access to the adress book. Do you have a solution, it is complicated to add all adress manually. This feature is available in the Iphone and Ipad versions. Why not in android? My account executives and marketers need access to the notes on the go. I am testing the native Zoho CRM app for IOS and have noticed that once a lead is added is shows up on the Zoho CRM web version in "Today's Leads" and on the Zoho Mobile Web version, but NOT on the IOS app. I refreshed the data by pulling down the header, but this still did not refresh the data. Once I searched the server for the lead, it finally showed up. Hi I am on Android 2.3.4 on a Sony Experia Mini Pro. Accessing my email at m.zoho.com the top of of the screen is hidden and jumps back off the top if I try to scroll to make it visible. It means I can't get to the Zoho drop down to allow me to navigate between email, calendar and crm. This happens with both Dolphin and the standard browser. It's a showstopper. Any ideas? Hi We've set up a new user with various permissions on their role and visibility to different screen. For example, the user us unable to edit contacts, or accounts or to add any additional contacts or accounts. The only visible tabs they have are Contacts, Accounts and Activities (Tasks). This all works fine when user logs in via their browser. But for some reason when we installed the iPhone App it gives them access to everything like and Administrator. I am using mobile Jquery and mobile html5 boiler plate. I have a simple form with two input fields and a submit button. When this page is loaded the body is given this class - "ui-mobile-viewport ui-overlay-c". It shows a round grey dot with <span class="ui-icon ui-icon-loading"></span>. Why is this showing up? I am generally pleased with ZCRM 1.0 for Android. I think it is a pretty solid release and it does the core functions that I need it to do (Log calls, provide access to contact, account and potential details) However, one thing I strongly feel needs to be addressed is some way to add alerts for tasks and/or meetings. I have not been able to get any of my tasks to produce and alert on my Android phone. My meeting alerts are limited to pop-ups through my Google calendar as displayed on my phone.
