I'm a personal user of Zoho Mail from China.
In the most of mobile devices, user can send and receive message on browser (m.zoho.com/mail) and client (Exchange ActiveSync). With my experience, I found a issue about Display name.
When user reply to a message on mobile device, in the replied message editing, the Display name of recipient's address line was cleared. For example:
Original message headers:
From: John Doe (Typical format: John Doe <john.doe@yahoo.com>)
To: Peter Lee (Typical format: Peter Lee <peter.lee@zohu.com>)
Subject: Meeting
When I click Reply, Replied message header:
From: Peter Lee (Typical format: Peter Lee <peter.lee@zohu.com>)
To: john.doe@yahoo.com
Subject: RE Meeting
The To line or Cc line was triggered e-mail address, rather than the Display name (Typical format: John Doe <john.doe@yahoo.com>).
Both browser and the client has the issue On the mobile device.
