Hi there, My company actually generate payslip outside Zoho People in pdf format. Each file has a name like "COMPANY-YEAR-MONTH-LASTNAME-FIRSTNAME.pdf". Ideally, I would like to batch upload each of these files every monthes to each salary "HR file" personnal area with restrictions. Is there a way to use API or other method to upload pdf files every month without pain ? Thanks in advance for your answer !Is ZOHO People SOX (Sarbanes–Oxley) compliant?

I would like to request a way to change the default value for a specific form or forms to be "all requests" rather than "all active employee requests". As of now, I have to go in and change it every time I look at a form for employees (since most are not active in the system). Hello, I'm trying to set up zoho people for managing vacations for my company. Can you please let me know if there is a way to add custom leave restrictions to any particular leave type. For eg: If I have "Paid Leave" as the leave type, I need to be able to restrict an employee to apply for the leave if there are other employees in the same department who have applied for leave at the same time. So basically there should not be duplication of leave entries or overlap of leave entries. Can you pleaseLeave Tracker - Calendar View via Department
Hi, I would like everyone be able to see each other's "Leave" via the Calendar View (in Leave Tracker). Currently, I (admin) am the only one who could see everyone's Calendar View. I'm trying to customize Zoho CRM to suite the needs of our students. It will work great to manage student data, but I'd like to do more. One idea is to track attendance for class. One thought is to use events but I can't figure out a way to view the data in a meaningful way. Basically, running a report to see what student attendance percentages were for the month based on student. Thoughts, ideas, suggestions?Employee Shift Calendar with Breaks
I need to create a shift calendar with assigned breaks for my call center employees. My leadership team needs access to it as well to track who should be on phones, breaks, lunches. Ideally, it would have a reminder go off for break times. Lastly, I see where to set up a schedule but I run a call center and have some employees working 4 10's and others working 5 8's and then some part time team members. I need to be able to set up schedules by day of the week. Is all of this possible in Zoho PeopleForms view
Hello ZOHO, I would like to edit the number and type of forms that show up on all my employees profile......for instance if I do not want 'leave tracker' to show OR if I want a form I created to show. Please how do I go about it? I created a form for all employees, but if I open a user, I won't see the form on their page. Guys, I tried putting up a post in the morning. After I hit "publish" it said that the post was under moderation. Now when I login I don't see that post - not sure what happened. Nevertheless, here is my question. I have set up Zoho people and added users. While some are team in-charge, others are Admins and users and stuff.. So fa so good. Now when I login from a user's profile I see that there is a tab called "My Approvals", under the "Approval" tab. Shuld a user with no managerial power be shownHow I add User on Organization?

I created an user, assigned "Team Member" role with no managerial powers. I also disabled "Compliances" from "Forms and Tabs" > "Form Customisation". However when the user logs in, he sees a tab named "My Approval" under the "Approval" tab. I see that i can create Jobs, Projects and Clients, but in my case i need to control teachers, classrooms and classes. Hi, What the heck is "*Mail Alias:" when I'm trying to setup stuff in People? Manage Departments Manage Designations both areas demand this *Mail Alias: field and I don't know really what it wants. Hi, I was trying out the performance module and i see we can associate jobs in the goals section. Is there a way to associate the jobs from the time tracker module with the performance module? How do I create a view that incorporates field from other forms? For example, I want to add the gender of an employee to a custom form. I ask for this on the Employee form and don't want to ask it again on the custom form. I know i can use the look up field to show it on the custom form, but it does not show up on the view and I want to be able to export the data on the view, including the gender.
