How to edit a rejected task ?
Hi, I would like to re-edit a task that was rejected. When I want to modify, there is a message saying: "You cannot edit this time log since it has been rejected". Hi, I'm encoutering a problem when I create a new user. User receives my invitation to join the group but everytime he tries to activate his account, he don't have activation page but a generic page. I am currently using 2 accounts in ZOHO People. 1 account will link to http://people.zoho.com/hrms when I logged in and another account will link to http://people.zoho.com/people. Hi, I'm creating timesheet and want to send it for approval. I read the instructions and learned that there's supposed to be a 'Send to Approval' checkbox at the bottom of my timesheet. We are going to try to create a single Administrator account and change our current Administrator's to a lower level. Will we be able to edit items (such as jobs) that were created when the Administrative priveledges were associated with other accounts? I know that currently jobs are only editable by the Job Owner (which is terrible by the way). Please come up with better ways to manage permissions in the future. I have just subscribed to Zoho People in hope that I'll be able to use it to automate timesheets management in our company. As most software outsourcing companies we have notions of a "client" and "project". I need ability to generate a set of timesheets (reports) - one for each employee / project / client combination. In People I don't see how I can replicate notion of Project and employees being assigned to projects. Will there be a calendar view under Leave Tracker => Reports => Day Leave Report? I would like to see a weekly snapshot of all the employees that would be on leave in one snapshot. Employee holidays - I have allocated employee 28 days holiday. It shows that they have the holiday left in their balance. They have added about 25 days, however now they cannot add anymore. It keeps saying "Sorry, you have already availed leave in the applied period" Even though there is a positive balance and no other restrictions that I can see. We currently have mail alerts configured to send an email out to an employee when they submit a form. The subject of that email is fixed for all the emails sent to every employee. We would like to have the ability to make it so that the subject of the email automatically adds the name of the employee in the subject. Hi all, We've been comparing HRIS products and the Zoho Product works best for us. We're a software company, and are a bit picky about how the actual tool looks though. I've seen the wikki product, and a feature support for canned themes. When I wrote to customer service they mention there is no similar theme support yet for the People product. Bummer. That said, we write software and can drop in a new custom style sheet to change the fonts, forms, etc. ourselves. And would probably prefer thatPhotos on the app

I have an employee that had access to People. He also had set himself up with a demo account to ZohoCRM (not the comnpany CRM). So in order to add him to the company CRM, he changed his email address on the demo CRM account. That allowed us to add him to the company ZohoCRM. However, after that, he could no longer login into People. I opened a case on this and was told to go to the user list and "re-invite" him. However, he does not appear on the "re-invite" list because he is already in ZohoPeopleLeave

Currently only the Job Owner can make changes to a job even if they are Admin level. This is a problem. Admins need to have more complete control these changes. It would also be helpful if the jobs could have a "Job Code" of some sort.Bugs using Safari
