Resources rather than Users
When I am defining my project I want to assign a task to a 'resource' rather than a 'user' because to add a user requires an email address and confirmation etc, but the resource that will complete that task is not something I can send an email to and expect someone to play along. A Resource can be a User, another person, some kind of abstract process or event. I can't use this until this is possible, but I would like to, so please tell me if there is a way to do what I want.
Report across projects
How about adding a custom report creation feature to Projects. It would be nice to be able to run an allocation report for each user across all projects.
Client user needs create a Zoho Account after invited?
If i created a new project (as Project Owner), and I added a Client User who is the client in this project. for example, his email is: john@test.com After John gets the invitation, it says in the invitation: "Use the same password that has been used for signing in other ZohoProjects portals.". if John never has any password for any Zoho Projects. (or even has no Zoho account). then John has to create a Zoho Account first, am i right? Thanks

Reports - Need to get the resolved person report.
Currently, we struck up with retrieving the data of resolved bugs by the developer. We can't able to extract who have resolved the bug. Since the bug is fixed, it will be routed to the bug reporter. Hence assignee will be bug reporter. So we couldn't able to retrieve the resolved person. Please address this. Let me know for any clarifications.

Overall UI Feels Very Burdensome
I love good project management. Over three months of using this system, I'm begging for JIRA, or Basecamp, or Asana, or anything else. The overall UI of this platform feels like something a programmer designed. Task Notes UI Needs Improvements
Viewing a task, and looking through notes, the space is so dense and untreated that if you're scanning, it's nigh impossible to tell where one note ends and another begins. On top of it, they're ordered newest to oldest, with no ability to resort the notes, meaning you have to read from the bottom up, hunting for the start of various notes. More whitespace, background shading, avatars, anything would help this.
My Tasks needs smarter discovery
As I'm involved in more projects, I'm finding that the My Tasks area is maddeningly frustrating to use. Zoho Projects - Documents - Heading Fonts Problem
When working on a document in Zoho projects I use Headings (1,2,3, etc), when I save, close and re-open the document the Headings are still set as I originally chose but visually they are all mixed up. So for example "Heading 1", the largest, will appear so small I can't read it. I will have to reslect Headings to return them to original look. Using IE 8.

Stop auto-emailing
To Zoho team, this major problem has been reported a long time ago but no action has been taken and lately even responses on this issue have stopped. Email spamming perpetrated by Zoho projects must stop. A very simple solution is to change the default state to "no-email" and only send a message when a user chooses to do so. Your prompt attention and response would be greatly appreciated.

Non working Days
I wonder if there is a way to mark non working days so that they dont become the part of any task/milestone duration. For example, I add a task of 4 days starting from Thursday. API always return 6500 - Internal Server Error while processing this request
I've register and get both API and ticket id. However, any calls from get login id to projects task list, I got same error: <response uri="/api/private/xml/dashbs/getlogin"><error><code>6500</code><message>Internal Server Error while processing this request</message></error></response> Is there anyone can help ? I've tried to change the api and ticket id to a wrong one and the system return a wrong api and ticket id message with this one. So, it should be the API and ticket id.
time entry format
Hi There, I am a bit frustrated with the time entry format for timesheets. The required time entry format in your system is like this: 1.30 (denoting an hour and a half), whereas I would bill my clients for 1.50 hours. After I export timesheets i am faced with having to convert all the values to my format making it very cumbersome to add up the hours. Is there a way that I can adjust time entry format so it will work with my billing structure? Ideally my employees would be able to enter 1.5 hours

Recurring Task
Hi, Yesterday, I created a daily recurring task and then I set the task as completed. Today, the task should be reappeared but It doesn't. I'm not sure to understand the right behaviour of recurring task. My purpose is to configure some weekly task and every week when my employees accomplish the weekly task, they set to accomplish. Project Bug Date Filters.
In the project bugs I am looking for a way to view all bugs from all projects that have been closed in a specified date range. So the filter would be: Project/All > User/All > Status/Closed > Date Range/ dd/mm/yy - dd/mm/yy. The reason I am doing this is because I am trying to build a release notes update for our application. It's very time consuming to try and go through 15 different projects and figure out what was closed when, by who. A single comprehensive view would make this so much easier.
