Zoho CRM integrating with Zoho Projects
We currently use Zoho CRM and are using ACE Projects to manage our projects. We would be interested in using Zoho Projects if it could integrate with Zoho CRM. Do they link together now, or are there plans to integrate them in the future? terry_randrfinance

Replying to the forum via email would be good option, to store the project related emails in forums rather than in mailbox. Hope this would be stunning feature, as it is natural growth for the current functionality. Please consider this option and let me know on the roadmap. Thanks, Anand

Task Duration in hours
I can't find the "Task Duration in Hours" option in the settings section. We have the Enterprise edition, so that shouldn't be the problem. Any thoughts?
Source Code Repository
Are we in the position to create a source code repository functionality other than 3rd party git-hub integration? Otherwise do we have plan on integrating Bitbucket or Beanstalk cloud repository. If yes, please let us know the tentative schedule.? It would be helpful in planning the things for my organization.
Report in Enterprise version
Hello! We have switched from premium to enterprise Project plan for reports across all projects. Just now I have noticed that Manager role doesn't have a reports tab visible, but admin has. On the other hand, I am not able to give every person admin roles (it seems that there can be only 4 admins). How can I make reports available to non-admin users?
One Calendar with Several Projects Shown in it
We would like to have, for example 10 projects, and them ALL to show up in one composite calendar for all of our portal users to be able to view/edit. How do we accomplish this?
Bug in Documents section
When you visit the documents section of a new project, the options to the right don't show ie. Upload New File » New Document » New Spreadsheet » New Presentation Only after you add your first file do these options show up. Is this a bug or am I missing something? What if I want to create a document on the project, theres no way to do this unless I upload a Document first.
GMail to Task functionality
Hi I am a little confused. I have the integration set up, and it is working correctly. When I click on "New Task" at the bottom of the email, I can create a new task, and it shows up in the project task list. However, I can't find a way to transfer the body of the email into the task. The email provides (often lengthy) context for the task. I can open the task in Zoho Projects and manually copy the email content into the task notes, but this rather defeats the purpose of the button in the email.
Import help please
I think I might be missing a trick here but... I have a list of about 1,000 actions on an excel document that I would like to import into zoho project as individual tasks. Is it possible - I would rather not have to enter each one seperatley! Thanks
Gantt Function? Possible Enhancement.
Is there a way to utilize the gantt view as a tool to adjust start and end dates for tasks? This would be such a great way to manage the dates - so quick compared to the start and end drop downs. And also an awesome way of managing the overlaps for pre-requisites. If this is possible now, how? If not, could this function be added? Thanks, jacob mortimer
Can We Remove Bugs Tab?

Is there a way to see activity across multiple projects....I am looking into a seeing if I could get a calendar view or a list view of forum items for multiple projects. is this possible?
Removing tabs
Is it possible to remove or hide some of the tabs at the top? For our project, we don't need the Bug tracker or the Timesheet. It would make it easier for people on our team, most of whom are not technies, to just get rid of this stuff and simplify the tool. Is that possible? Tara
A Dashboard too crowded
Hello, in my first days with Zoho Project I have been plying a little with the application. They view i very much like is the Dashboard. At this time it is crowded with all my tests and now it seems it is not possible to clear it somehow to get a real view of what is my final list of tasks and milestone. Setting up new users

Change email notification email address
Whenever I receive an email notification of a new task or project upload it goes to my email address I use solely for clients. Is there a way I can change that email address so it goes to my email I use for my employees?

Hiding completed tasks
In "General" and "Upcoming Milestones" views of "Tasks and Milestones" completed tasks are always shown. It would be nice to have a possibility to hide them, e.g. a small button on top - hide completed tasks

I have several milestones that share similar task lists and recreating the task list under a different milestone seems like a waste of time. Any suggestions?

Hi there, The project I'm working on has a lot of file contributors. So, at the end of the project, there will be a large library of files uploaded by different users. My client would like to have all the files as a single archive on USB or DVD. Is there a possibility for me to mass export the files or archive in order to download them? The alternative is to manually dowload thousands of files, seems like something people might have run into before?

I would find it extremely helpful if I set a template so that task A should take 4 days to complete, but task A is dependent on task B that should take 7 days.....If task B takes 9 days.....task A should not come due in 2 days, but rather 4 days from that date. Files, Links, and Folders
1. The heading needs to be Files, not Folders, since folders should apply to both Files and Links. 2. The Links feature needs to be identical to Files, that is, Links need to have folders so that users can organize Links into folders. 3. Folders need to be able to have sub-folders. 4. Can't Submit a Support Ticket for Zoho Project
I have been trying for two (2) days to submit a support ticket for Zoho Project. When I click the Submit button, the message "Filing Your Support Request..." appears and never disappears, so the ticket never submits. I have also tried doing this with different browsers. Please fix. Also, the reason I need to submit a ticket is because my $20/month account just reverted to a Free account with no notice, no Email alert, nothing. Storage space solution? Dropbox?
I estimate that I am going to need ~100G of storage space for my projects which isn't even a plan available in Zoho. I currently share the files using dropbox, is there a plan to be able to link to a dropbox file? When linking to a google doc, does it count towards the Zoho file storage space allocated?
auto email notification upon due date
Can zoho projects automatically send an email notification when a task is due (on the due date)? Currently, it does not seem to do that. How do I enable it?
Why I can't create a new project?
Hello! We have a paid version and I am using the account of our portal owner (coz I'm setting it up). Yesterday I've imported all our files (including projects) from Basecamp to our Zoho Projects portal. I wanted to add a new project but I don't see any "+ New Project" anymore, only "+ Upgrade". I thought paid versions have an unlimited projects, why I can't create a new one? Help us! Thanks! Annalie

Repeated and unnecessary pop-up requests to install Flash on the Zoho website
Hi A small problem to report: I seem to regularly (ie at every log in) find a pop-up from windows asking first if I want to view all content or just safe content, and when I click on all content, it is then followed by a pop-up saying the website wants to install Adobe Flash and a button to install it. Tasklist task 100% complete but milestone shows as overdue
Hi I have a tasklist with a milestone associated. The tasklist has one task. A team member has updated the task to 100%. The task shows complete, and the tasklist has no open tasks. When I go to the milestone screen, I can see this milestone is 100% complete (green bar) but that it shows in the overdue section instead for the completed section. Please can you help? Is there a way to show the Task List / Task Name on the Latest Activities list on the Dashboard?
Hi - hope that question is clear. The problem is we can produce a list of notes labeled Task (green block) but you have to click through to find out which Task List / Task it is connected to. A lot of back and forth occurs. Similar issue at the Portal level where 'Activities Across All Projects' does tell you the 'in Project' but no Task List / Task Name. Thanks for your help.
Days exempt from Duration
Hi Is it possible to exempt days from duration calculations? I'm wondering specifically with regards to Saturdays and Sundays - if I set a task to start on a Thursday and ending on the following Thursday, I would want the duration to show 6 days, not the 8 that is currently calculates by including the weekend. many thanks
Folders having limited character names
When you go to documents, where the folders are listed it seems that there is only about 25 characters displayed before it puts ... cant it just show all the way to the side of the box or even have a scroll bar? its annoying because we dont have sub folders so we have to use the file names to help us out, and you cant even do that well. Also im aware that you can mouse over to see the full name but i dont want to have to do that.
Zoho Projects & Zoho Invoice - Time Tracking
When I am in Zoho Projects and add details of the time's it took to do each task. My accountant then looks at the Zoho Invoices, and there is no time tracking information available? Could you explain to me what I am doing wrong?

No users online status even though they are online!
Hi. In my project My Home area I see a status that no users are online, even though I am sat next to them and can see that a client user is logged in and looking for tasks (I already posted about this in the previous topic). Is this a known issue? Thanks. Cameron.
Client view of tasks
Hi - I've created a client login. They can login and I can see at the top of the screen they can access the project I have assigned to them. However they cant see any tasks that I've created, or any milestones that I've created. Any ideas?
