How to get Task's author/creator/owner Id through API?
I would like to get creator/author loginID for tasks but I dont see a way to do this. ownerId seems to be coming in the <Details></Details> section but if a task has multiple owners, the section does not seem to carry all of them. How do I get all owners? Thank you

Can't add existing tasks to Google Calendar? Also, task dates in Google Calendar are one day late.
Hello, I've noticed that when you first create a new task, you can choose to add it to Google calendar when you save the task. However, if you go back to edit an existing task, there's no option to add it to a Google calendar. Is this in fact the case? Am I not looking in the right area? Also, the tasks in Google calendar are one day behind - I saved a task to start on June 23rd and end on June 24th, but in the Google calendar named "zoho", the dates for that task are listed from June 24th -
This company will let you down.
I signed up to try and was instantly dissatisfied: No way to evaluate all in one. No Project management software should be without issue/bug tracker but you can't test it all together/integrated unless you pay or try each separately etc. Oh and the fact that there is NO REFUND (in case you canceled say after 30 days) was another red flag for me. Erased tasks
Hello, I love Zoho Projects... I'm still learning how to work with it, I found myself erasing tasks and then suddenly I realized, what would happen if someone, another user or myself, erase "by mistake" one task?, now I can see in the dashboard the message that someone erased the task, but is there any way to recover that erased task?, I tried clicking on the erased task but nothing happened, is there any way to recover erased tasks?, please, tell me that that is possible if not, it is a good idea
Can't find the option to "Email My Home" in Zoho Project?
Hello, I've been looking for a way to automatically set up task reminders in Zoho Projects and have seen on the forums that this functionality doesn't exist (is this correct)? But I've seen several answers from moderators saying that we can just email our homepage with a list of all the upcoming tasks, etc. However, I don't see anything on my homepage indicating that I can email my home page to myself. Add ability to change project picture
Hi, I propose a very small change that should be easy to make. Currently on each of my projects I see myself smiling at me. While I do like myself, my picture on the project dashboard has little value. Could you add the possibility to show there are custom picture? Having that I could add a project picture (many projects have a logo). This would be useful to see directly in which of your projects you are. Knut
exposing user information to other project participants
Is there a way to expose user information - their phone numbers - so it is visible by other project participatnts with Value Pak 1? It would be extremely helpful if participants could see one another's phone numbers. Thanks you

linking to documents uploaded as part of a Forum posting
Is there a way to have documents sent to the Forum area via an email put in the document repository? The project team wants to be able to keep a record of email communications and the best place I could find to do this was using the repository. They may also upload documents using emails. It is confusing for some documents to be in the Documents and some not. also, you can't tell that there is a document attachment until you open the Forum listing.
Google Integration of Calendar and RSS Feed- Zoho Projects
Hi, I get an error when i try to add my projects' RSS feeds to my IGoogle homepage. The error says "Not Found". Also, when I try to add the Ical URL to my Google Calendar I get the error message "unable to parse" Is there a problem with Google integration and Zoho? Is there a way to quick enter project Task/Milestones
I am working on several project plans (over 100) and it is VERY CUMBERSOME trying to enter in all the tasks and milestones into Zoho. Is there a way to update the tasks and milestones directly from that page without having to click on the task, then click on EDIT, then select the date from the calendar... Keyboard entry and tabbing would be great rather than having to rely on the mouse so much.

Forum to email attachment size restriction
I attached a document less than 1mb to the forum but it does not go out as an attachment when the email is sent out to the client.... this sizing issue is a very inconvenient restriction, especially to paying clients like me. Hence, my clients will always have to login to view the attached. - have the attachment size limit been changed? - how can I avoid this inconvenience the future? - when can we expect a better formatting of the email notifications that is sent out to the clients?
Zoho Projects Mobile for Windows Mobile
I would like to see a dumbed-down, non-AJAX version of Zoho Projects for use on Windows Mobile and other mobile OS's. I think the fastest way to implement this would be to strip out the AJAX. Or, we could create an executable for Windows that is made to securely interface directly with Zoho Project servers; this way, the interface can still have an AJAX effect. Wiki Editor in Zoho Project has scrolling issues
The Wiki Editor in Zoho Project gives me frequent scrolling issues. The issues starts by the editor area being the entire height of my browser window. The problem is my browser window also needs to fit the wiki controls, and the awful Notification bar. Steps to reproduce: Create a new Zoho project. Assign user "boreilly" as a project user. There are now two users: current user and boreilly. Import an mpp file that contains two resources, current user and boreilly. During import, map both mpp resources to the respective Zoho users. Review the Zoho task list. Only current user is assigned any tasks. Tasks that had resource "boreilly" in the mpp file are unassigned in Zoho.

Hello, I assume the ReplyTo header of a Zoho projects email notification somehow encodes a project+resource ids of what is being discussed (forum or todo item). If I am right, is it possible to de-cypher that string to get the projectId and the resourceId (message,todo,milestone)? I'm not sure why this is, but when I try to print out the gantt chart, it shows the "Open Milestones" and the surrounding links, but does not print the chart itself. does anyone know why this might be adn what I can do about it?

Prasanna can you please explain again? How do these differ: open versus completed/closed versus archived? As to visibility, searchability, modifiability. I don't see a pattern. For example, when I mark a task as completed, sometimes it shows up within the show all status tasks filter; sometimes it does not.
