How to open a task from the timesheet entry
Hey, Is it possible to open (and edit) the task right from the timesheet entry? When filtering time entries in Timesheet view it would be really helpful to have a URL to click to the Task the time entry was made - is it possible? When I click o the time entry I can see details of it, but the Task number is not clickable (and I'd expect it to open the Task) - is it possible somehow other way to edit the task? See what I mean: it would be good have the task number being linked to the task to edit
Zoho Projects : Comments' area could be made bigger
Namaskaram. In Projects, comments on a task is very crucial for working collaboratively. From that aspect, the 'Comments' box right now is too small and could fit in only possibly two lines (attached screenshot). Suggestion : Would be nice to have a feature to make comments' area longer or even full screen on a single tap of an icon. Associating a 'Task Layout' with a project shows already associated, while actually not yet

Hi I saw that there is a way to create a checklist using Blueprint, however, I never saw how it was initiated. My client want a daily checklist created: 1 - Wants to have the checklist populate daily regardless if all items were checked off or not 2 - Which app is best, Sprints or Projects? 3 -Can Blueprint be used for Projects/Sprints? As a business owner, I need to pull up my daily checklist of items and once I'm done it will save/close and then the next day a new checklist will populate.
Importing from Microsoft Projects: Milestones/Tasks
Hello, I understand how to successfully import a Microsoft Projects file into Zoho Projects. I did this and it populated the tasks correctly. However, our projects are typically outlining project milestones versus actual tasks. Is there a way to import a .MPP file and populate the data as Milestones instead of the default tasks? We use Kanban for all of our office meetings. Its a bit frustrating that the tasks will not go in order of date due. It would be a nice thing to see added any chance this is in the works?

Hi guys For my ZOHO project, I would like to be able to follow budget consumption. In fact , if I have a budget of 20h for exemple, I would like to be able to follow task hours out of budget. In my project, all timesheet are sumed in actual hours and I would like to have a balance between Budget and actual hours. Resource utilization preview when setting task duration does not update in the same way as utilization review
Hi there, Let me start off by saying that the utilization review feature is really excellent. The fact that it updates based on task completion percentage and hours worked is excellent. However, I noticed that the preview of a resource's workload that is displayed in the calendar view when setting task duration does not match the time in the utilization review chart. Adding Multiple Task Lists to Milestones in bulk
Is it possible to add multiple tasklists (from tasklists template) to a milestone in bulk rather than adding each one individually? For example, I've created milestones named by month, ie Jan, Feb Mar, etc,. Tasklists templates are named TL #1, TL #2, TL #3. How to add all task lists in bulk to each milestone? So want to add under Jan milestone >TL#1, TL#2, TL#3 in bulk.
Conflicts on zoho project Tasks
Hi We want to use ZOHO Project for scheduling our technicians. We have maintenance contract with our customers. We schedule interventions on customer sites. So we created projects for each contract and task for interventions. So if a technician need to go to customer I create task and schedule them after depending of availibility. When I need to assign a date I use start Date and due date on the task. But I realized there is no conflict management. I called support and they told me it is not developped.

in Zoho Projects, when we send a message to a user in comment, we typically type @username and the user name comes up and we select it their name... is there a way we can send to a group email address so that everyone gets the message and we don't have to keep typing everyones name?
Divide Members into Teams?
I'm working on a big project and all the members are divided into teams, eg. Marketing team, PR team, Technical team etc. Is there a way I can divide everyone into teams so they can email/ communicate with each other and share files etc. easily? I just don't want tasks of one team to clutter up the space for the other team. I know I can divide them into projects, but then I won't have a comprehensive calendar for the whole project. What's the best way?
Zoho Forms to Projects?
Here is my intended workflow- I have a bunch of IT Projects that require info from the client. I would want to contact the client, tell them about the project, then mark that 'contact' task off in Projects. I want that 'task completion' to trigger an email to be sent to the client with the form link so they can fill it out, then the info to come back into Projects. Am I thinking about this the wrong way? Is there an easier way?

Reporting at Project Group level
I've got a number of projects falling under project groups. Is there any way to report at this higher level (e.g. number of tasks completed in the project group, etc), or is it only possible at individual project level? We currently created a statuslabel "invoiced" within the status "closed". But now we want to create a connection between Zoho Projects and Books. If we create a invoice based on a project it gives all the tasks. That's great but a couple of tasks are allready invoiced within our old invoice system. Project associated with Deleted Client
I have 3 projects that were associated with a test client account I was using to explore the functionality of giving clients access to projects. The Client account I created has been removed (can't search in CRM to find it). But when I list projects "View by Client" the Missing Client Account appears on the list with the 3 projects listed. How can I dissasociate these projects from the dleted Client account?

Hi, I use Sharepoint as a repository for my documents. As there is no option to use it like Docs or Google Drive, I want to use as a workaround a link from the task (or Project) layout. Timesheet Settings are only Org based and different type of projects require different approval process, log period and log restriction. Please consider adding the possibility to define this on project level as well.

Gantt Chart Hide/Size Columns Needs Work
Screen real estate is a premium. The Gantt Chart seems to have no way to size, remove, add or reorder columns? For example, I want to see the task owner without scrolling right. Currently the Completed Date comes first with an over-sized column chewing up screen space, then comes the Owner. See example in attachment. We need to be able to Size, Remove, Add and Reorder Columns in the Gantt Chart Report. The above is a simple matter in MS Project.
Search Function doesn't seem to work
When using the search function in Zoho projects I feel like I must be missing something because any time I use it to search for task names, issues, or comments, I never get any results. I have never successfully searched for something and found it using the search function. In the included screenshot, I am searching for a task named 'Single Trip Groups'. No idea why it says no results found. What am I doing wrong?

Mentions not working in Project Channel
I've noticed that mentions (e.g. @username) don't work in the channel we have setup for projects. We've got Cliq integrated with Projects and in these channels, mentions don't work. They work fine in cliq-only channels.
