Custom domain and collaborator portal in Zoho Projects?
I was under the impression Zoho Projects provided a "customer portal" feature with the ability to customize the domain as well as the look. Any clarification and instruction would be helpful. Thank you.
Email Replies to Forum Notifications not Posting
I have seen this happen a few times in the last few days where I'll receive an email notification from a forum where I can tell that someone has replied to a notification email via email (has the heading and everything) but the message is missing. Is there a bug with the email response? Is anyone else seeing this issue?
How do I reorder tasklists in a Project template?
Hi, How do I reorder tasklists in a Project template? When I look at the template in Gantt view, my tasklists in each Milestone are in the wrong order. What I put in last is first and what is first is what I put in last. Is there a way to change this without starting over and putting in my tasklists backwards so that they appear in the correct order?
How can I disassociate / Delete a client from a project
Once I associated a project with a client in CRM, when I try to Delete the contact from the project I get this message "Do you want to remove this client & client users from this company" this looks to me like it's going to delete the client from CRM. I don't want to do that. I just want to dissasociate the client from the project. What I actually want is to remove all the client contacts from the Client Users. Bugs/Issues custom fields do not sync with Zoho Reports
Hi, I have added a couple of custom fields to the bugs/issue tracker in Zoho Projects. I have setup an integration between Projects and Reports and synced the data. I didnt manage to sync the custom fields to Reports ? With other tables like Tasks and Projects it works fine, also using custom fields. Is there a reason that for Bugs this does not work ? Completed Tasks Analysis Reporting
Is there a way to pull a global report for completed tasks and projects against the time allocated for the task compared to the time taken? I want to use this for efficiency analysis. Cheers, Andrei
Resource Management
First of all there should be user level other than those that are there. For example a Project Manager and then developers and PM can choose what developers to be on which project. Also, PM can see the remainig or pending tasks for any dev or subordinate he wants. Also, there must be resource detail as to what time and date he is busy and with what task or project.

Being able to set different Date & Time settings for PROJECTS not just ORGANIZATIONS

As the title implies we just noticed that we can't give different Date & Time Settings to our projects and we have to set it as an "Organization" which is very annoying Are there any plans to give us the chance to set different Time / Dates settings for the Project level instead of the Organization itself? Milestone start and end time
Hi, 1) The milestone end time does not adapt to the end time of the task list related to it. I have to change it manually. Auto calculate start date and end date of parent task from subtasks?
Hi all, I am wondering if it is possible to let Zoho project calculate start and end date of parent task from subtasks. I has created a parent task and 2 subtasks as follows: - Parent Task #1 - Sub task A (start 27/04/2016, end 27/04/2016) - Sub task B (start 28/04/2016, end 28/04/2016) Unfortunately, the start date and end date of parent task did not automatically calculate from subtasks. I have to manually set start/end date of parent task. Is this normal behavior? Or did I do something
New Status option not available in My Tasks - Kanban - Organise By
I'm trying to use the Kanban view to manage my tasks having now setup new status codes. The organise by "Status" appears in the Project Tasks Kanban View but does not yet appear in the My Tasks Kanban View In a Project view - Kanban Organise by In My Tasks - NO STATUS OPTION

Due Date Popup to navigate to a date/time relative to what was set in the Start Date
It's slightly frustrating when creating new tasks. It would be good if the Due Date popup screen would navigate relative to what was selected in the Start Date. In the example below, I have selected 15th/Sep as the start date. When I click on the Due Date, the popup screen navigates to todays date instead of fast forwarding to the 15th/Sep (which I think would make more sense IMO) Example
Can't add users to projects
I have done it hundreds of time but it suddenly stopped working. Adding a user to a project. Normally click users then 'add users' and start typing the person's name in the contextual dialogue box. It fills in the name for me. But now it's doesn't recognize any users. I have tried on existing projects and the same problem exists. Zoho Projects is as good as dead. I need this fixed ASAP. thanks

Overdue open tasks that are changed to future dates and updated are still showing as overdue.
Has anyone experienced an incorrect update for overdue tasks in Zoho Projects? When a manager changes the due date on an open task that HAD been overdue the task still shows as overdue, even though the actual due date is now “on time” or in the future. Thank you for any input!

Creating a project From Inside CRM does not set task States
I have the CRM connected to Projects and have a template to create a project with a batch of tasks. If I create this inside PROJECTS, All is fine. Yay! If I create this same project using the New Project link from the Projects related list in the CRM, then the task states are not set correctly and the tasks do not open when you click on them. Can you have a look?
Calendar broken
The calendar isnt showing all tasks regardless of what filter im on. Its missing the past week of data, something is wrong. Its the same for everyone in my company, regardless of which browser we try.

Hi! I'm trying to add users to a project, this users already have their own account of zoho project, how can I link them to my project?? This users have the free version of Zoho Projects, I have the paid version. Milestone Gantt doesn't really show milestones well
in the Milestone Gantt, I JUST want to see milestones, in a visual way, across all projects. I want to be able to glance at the year ahead, by project, and know how busy im going to be in each month. I don't want to see tasks, I just want to see a milestone with start and end date, color coded, with milestone names. I dont understand why a Milestone Gantt shows tasks and is so hard to see across many projects. Please see the attached screenshot. Is this really that hard to implement? A Birdseye

Searching Archived Projects
Over our few years of using Zoho, we have created and then archived a large number of projects (>2000). I am trying to find an archived project so that I can use it as a template for a new project, but am having difficulty as the Archive Projects page doesn't load all the projects at once and will add more as you scroll down. I have a project with more than 10 milestones but i cannot get a gantt view where i can see all the milestones, due to the 10 filters limit. there must be a work around so that i can see all the milestones in a single gantt view? thanks!
Gantt Chart View - customisable?
Hi there, I would like to export a milsetone gantt chart for a client, but I do not want to include the "%" "duration" or 'owner' fields (highlighted in the screenshot). Project Timeline Gantt only shows 3 years
When viewing current projects in the Project Timeline Gantt view, it only shows a date range of current year, plus one year before and after. (E.g. if today is in 2018, then the Project Timeline Gantt view will only show 2017, 2018 and 2019.) The problem is that any project with start or end date outside of this range (e.g. start before 1 Jan 2017 or end after 31 Dec 2019) will not be visible at all on the Project Timeline Gantt view. It'd be helpful if I could create custom user roles, as I'm trying to set Zoho Projects with a non-profit group. Simply being able to rename the roles would work as well. Flagging people as "manager"s and "employee"s isn't really an option for me. Thanks! cbratcher
