How do I rename files in Zoho BugTracker (Projects I guess)?

Currently that doesn't seem to work. But since the bug id is the unique identifier of a bug, we use it in our conversations. "Can you look up XXX12 so we can discuss it?". Now, we first need to go to the project, click "Bugs" and scroll to the bug.

Bugtracker does not allow client users to see the 'Classification' on the Bug list
On the bug list page, client users do not see the 'Classification' as a choice when they customize the column. This field is valuable to them. They can, however, filter based on classification but has no way to see them on the list. They can see the classification once they click on a bug to see its detail. Good day, we are testing your nice software as an alternative to JIRA solution (we used till now). Currently, we suffer from a few minor problems, that are probably quite easy to implement, but should really improve user experience for developers. 1. imagine developer work on a bug. He did one hour of work. To record this hour, he has from list of bugs, open certain bug, tap on "Log hours" tab, tap on "Add log hours", write hours and comment, tap "Add", tap "Close" in corner to close bug screen.

Cannot add existing user to a Project (Portal vs Client users???)
I have 4 admin users registered to Zoho CRM. 3 of them come up as portal users and one comes up as a client user. When i try to add the client user to existing projects the request goes through but nothing happens. When i try to import user from CRM i get the same error. We did not have to set anything specific for the first 3 users to view the existing and new projects. The user which is having issues viewing the projects was also added the same way. Please help clarify what needs to be done

Sometimes we have one resolution that would resolve open tickets across multiple projects. Is it possible to link across projects?
How do I link a client submitted ticket to an internal ticket
Currently I have a project that represents our internal ticket queue (only viewable by our company). I would like to allow customers to submit tickets directly but I only want them to see their own tickets (no internal tickets or dialog). Is this possible and how? I did set up a public project for them and I see they can submit tickets but how can I link those to internal tickets so they are accessible in one project. If this is the wrong way to set this up please let me know. Thanks!
Feature Request: Create Task from Bug
When an end user reports an issue and that issue is actually a change, it would be extremely handy to be able to create a new project task from a "bug"
Why the person that submits a bug is not allowed to change the bug's status?
As team members (testers) are reporting bugs and assign them to developers, the reporters should be able to confirm that the bug was fixed and close the bug. It seems that this is not possible though.
Visual flow/Discrepancy Graph
Does ZOHO bug tracker have a discrepancy graph or some sort of visual way of displaying tickets that are connected to or blocking other tickets? Similar to Trac with its discrepancy graph. I need new hosting/software to track tickets and ZOHO has a handful of other options that I am looking fro on top of the bug tracker.
Poor formatting of text send from email to forum
Text from a mail client sent to Zoho Projects Forum often has a lot of extra lines and poor formatting. Is there any way to fix this? Zoho projects does not seem to be handling some of this text well.
can't connect Zoho Projects with Zoho Bugtracker
Hello, I'm using free plans of Zoho Projects and Zoho Bugtracker. Bugs in my bugtracker are assigned to specific project, but I can see and manage them only from address bugtracker.zoho.com. How to enable managing bugs from projects.zoho.com site? I'm not able to click "bugs" from project level, but I can do this from portal. There I can see mesage: "Bugtracker is FREE for one project. Do you want to create Bugs for this project. Click Here " - but when I try to click, it returns me to dashboard

ZohoBugs Sorting bu Column Headers
Is it possible to sort the Bugs views by the column headers. Date fields are sortable but it would be useful for all columns to sort alphabetically.

When I change the start date of a task, don't friggin change the end date! If I want to change the end date, I WILL!!!! Perhaps you can OFFER to do it, but don't do it without asking! Filter by task status not work!
I want to have an ability to see the opened tasks only. When I use the "Opened" filter option I see all tasks including completed (strike text). Could you please fix that.

Task List Internal/External Disappears When Associated w/ Milestone
I noticed that when a Task List is associated with a Milestone, a user can no longer set Internal or External visibility. This may make sense if the Task List inherits the visibility of the Milestone, but it turns out this is not the case. I had an internal Task List and associated it with an external milestone. Can't file bug using the web to bug form
I am trying to use a Web to Bug Form with the following settings to file a bug in Zoho Projects. I have tried using '*' in the the Form/Web Page URL field and flag as internal/external. On submitting the form - the webpage redirects to a blank page and the bug is not filed. ( I have also tried with other Return URLs as well, but to no avail.) How do I make it work?
Filing a bug through E-mail
Zoho allows submitting a bug through email. While it is working if I directly mail through my Gmail account - i.e the bug gets filed. But if I send the mail via Amazon SES using the same email address, the bug is not filed. Any suggestions on where I may be going wrong?
Events are showing up an hour late after March 29th
Daylight Saving Time took effect in the US on March 9th, but although we have the timezone correctly selected for our org, events scheduled after March 29th are an hour off as if DST is being applied then but not now. This is when the time changes in the EU, right?
Bug Status
We have added a new Status and Workflow to ticket settings within an existing Project. When I go back to the open ticket the new status that we added, does not appear in my drop down selection. How come I cannot see it?
Problem with emailing comments to a ticket?
Emailing for the first time to my ticket will upload the comment correctly. Such as: But, when I send another comment, the email address is remembered by my email program, so the email looks like this: Notice the "saved" email in the CC. It is the same address. But, for some reason, this comment will not save. I get returned from Zoho instead: We are unable to process this email. WHY DID THIS HAPPEN? We suspect the below reasons to be the cause of failure : 1. You might have mis-spelt the email address.
Latest Zoho Not working with IE
Hi all, Since the latest release of Zoho none of our users using IE 8 or 9 can access Zoho Projects, they just get a blank screen. The only way around this is to go back to version 3. BUG Ticket Report
From Tickets REPORT screen, I need to be able to see the the filters across ALL projects. Example: I need to be able to see ALL tickets that are IN PROGRESS. When managing multiple projects at the same time I need to see the information from a next higher level and not have to go into each individual project.
Task dependancy features.
Hi all, I'm very impressed with Zoho, but I think the task dependancy features are wrong on several counts. I think its meaningful to say that task A must be completed before B can start, even if we don't know the duration or start or end dates of either. This would mean that B should stay in the background somewhere until A is marked as completed. Right now, it's rather tedious to enable tasks to partake in dependancies at all, and even then the machine will refuse to create a dependancy unless

Project User privileges
Hi, I will like to know if i can change the user privileges that are assigned de facto to the roles that Zoho Projects has for employee or customers. In particular, Can a user as Manager, use a feature of Zoho Projects to determine that an employee/contractor cannot DELETE tasks or milestones? I tried to change this user from being a employee/conctractor to customer, but then, with this privilege the user could not see the Tasks and Milestones of the project. Thank you for your help, F
Template for Tasks
Is there any way to set up a template for a series of tasks and also have the template include the note, the associated document and the associated forum. Also the priority of the tasks would be nice as well. Thanks
