Reports - Need to get the resolved person report.
Currently, we struck up with retrieving the data of resolved bugs by the developer. We can't able to extract who have resolved the bug. Since the bug is fixed, it will be routed to the bug reporter. Hence assignee will be bug reporter. So we couldn't able to retrieve the resolved person. Please address this. Let me know for any clarifications.

Project Bug Date Filters.
In the project bugs I am looking for a way to view all bugs from all projects that have been closed in a specified date range. So the filter would be: Project/All > User/All > Status/Closed > Date Range/ dd/mm/yy - dd/mm/yy. The reason I am doing this is because I am trying to build a release notes update for our application. It's very time consuming to try and go through 15 different projects and figure out what was closed when, by who. A single comprehensive view would make this so much easier.
Configure how Zoho Projects integrates into Gmail

Replying to the forum via email would be good option, to store the project related emails in forums rather than in mailbox. Hope this would be stunning feature, as it is natural growth for the current functionality. Please consider this option and let me know on the roadmap. Thanks, Anand

Fields have disappeared for 2 bugs
For 2 specific bugs, within the bug screen the fields on the right hand side (status, classification etc.,) have disappeared. The comments field is still present, and I am able to change the title. There isnt any specific setting that they both share i.e. one is open, one is set to "waiting on client". This appeared to happen after I deleted some values within the "reproducable" field, however many other bugs share the same reproducable field values and they are ok. Does anyone have any ideas

Bugs Total Inbound Email Failure
I don't know what we're doing wrong. We've got six projects set up, and we can enter bugs into the Zoho user interface in Zoho Projects, but we're getting very inconsistent results with getting emails to the bugs.zohoprojects.com email addresses that are (supposed) to be the direct email addresses for new bugs within each project. Upload a document via email - broken
Hi, I've been experimenting with forwarding emails with attachments to the project email alias (<portal>_<projectstring> @document.zohoprojects.com) and they keep getting returned, saing there were no valid attachments found in the mail. I'm sending from Mail on the Mac (OS Lion) and the attachment was a 15k JPEG image. This seems like it should be a no-brainer, but it is not working... Any tips? thanks, clark
Want to be able to have external contractors work on "bugs"
We have multiple projects each which may have an outside contractor handling simple things such as user password issues etc. We'd like to run all of this through Zoho, but don't want those contractors to have access to see larger issues we are tracking against those projects. We'd really like to be able to map such issues so that we can see them in Zoho and they just go out as an email to our "contractor". Can this be done with the current Bug Tracker product?

I have a question about Bug Tracker. We have the need to track bugs on a number of different websites. Many of these sites are managed by paid admins whom we would like to handle basic issues such as username/password issues. Is there any way within Bug Tracker to push "bugs"/issues such as these out to separate emails without giving these people visibility to the other technical issues that we might be tracking against these sites?
Formatting issue within Tasks, Gantt View
Hi A small issue but irritating just the same...... When I go to Gantt View within Tasks to look at my project, I am finding that certain tasks which have too much text to fit into one line are being automatically formatted with a central alignment (ie the text is no longer aligned to the left like all other tasks). It would be great if you could fix this -- I like to print out this Gantt chart view and this screw-up of the formatting is annoying and actually quite distracting too ! Thanks
Bug Tracker - Reporting across all bugs
Bugs are currently raised by a person, and assigned either to themselves or someone else. When logged in, you can only see your bugs, or bugs assigned to you. Is there any higher level reporting for bugs ? We require the ability: To see all bugs for a specific project (resolved and unresolved) - like you can see Task Lists and Tasks for a project. To see all bugs across all projects - with the ability to filter by user or project. Will this or any other bug reporting be available anytime soon
Tickets : Customs fields content is lost when moving from one project to another
When moving a ticket from one project (with custom fields) to another project without custom fields, the customs fields are not visible anymore. That is one issue, and it would be good to be able to keep those custom fields visible. But the worst is to come : if you then move back that ticket to the initial project it came from, then the content of the custom fields just disappeared ! you lose all the information ! That is a real bug !
Project Wiki - Sub-page creation broken?

Tasks from projects should be able to sync with Outlook tasks and Google Apps Tasks. The iCal Functionality with Google Calendar is an OK start... but we have to be able to actually manage and close tasks outside of the projects application. Character Limit in Zoho Project Forums
Is there a character limit when posting to Forums. We just posted a large note to a projects and it came through fully on the email to the project users, but when you go back into look at the note, half of it is missing. Not sure why the system would let you type in more than it can store. Is there a storage limit or is this a bug from today....have not noticed this problem before.... Having a real iPhone App (similar to Outpost for Basecamp) would really make a difference. For me today not having it is a deal braker! Trust me I would rather be using Zoho Project but without a real iPhone App, this is not even option!
Bug report does not email person assigned to fix the bug
I just noticed that when I file a bug and assign a person to handle it, it doesn't seem to email the person assigned. Is there a way to email the person assigned to the bug and let them know there's a bug filed?
