Is there a way to generate a URL to a bug based on the bug number?
Hi there, I have several projects. Each have their own Bug identifier letters. For example for project A I have PA as bug identifier and the bugs are named PA1, PA2, etc. I'd like to know if there's a way I can create the bug's URL based on the bug number (PA1). I imagine that if there was an API for bugs this would be doable, but it appears there's no such thing at this point.. Thanks! - JoaoProject Templates
Hello: I wanted to ask if I can add task dependencies within a project template. It would be grand if we cold set rules for specific actions associated with a ticket. Would like to see a field for last modified by. It would truely help to see who last touched this ticket. Expecially when I have people asking the reporter questions and not assigning themselves the ticket. Maybe that's a work flow thing but a true history of the ticket would include all people who have been assigned or have modified this ticket. But for starters id be happy with a Last Modified By. Hello, according to your Zoho Projects API doc the format of the TaskLists xml is supposed to be containing multiple TaskListDetail sections within one TaskListDetails section: <response> <result> <TaskListDetails> ... <TaskListDetail> task 1 details.... </TaskListDetail> <TaskListDetail> task 2 details.... </TaskListDetail> ... </TaskListDetails> </result> </response> But what we see is multiple TaskListDetails sections, each containing only one TaskListDetail.Show tasks completion in Task View
Currently tasks completion can be seen only in Reports View. Some people in my firm are asking if Zoho can implement that % of completion show up beside each task under the corresponding MIlestone in Task View. Hello, I've noticed that when you first create a new task, you can choose to add it to Google calendar when you save the task. However, if you go back to edit an existing task, there's no option to add it to a Google calendar. Is this in fact the case? Am I not looking in the right area? Also, the tasks in Google calendar are one day behind - I saved a task to start on June 23rd and end on June 24th, but in the Google calendar named "zoho", the dates for that task are listed from June 24th -Cannot create first Forum Category

I attached a document less than 1mb to the forum but it does not go out as an attachment when the email is sent out to the client.... this sizing issue is a very inconvenient restriction, especially to paying clients like me. The Wiki Editor in Zoho Project gives me frequent scrolling issues. The issues starts by the editor area being the entire height of my browser window. The problem is my browser window also needs to fit the wiki controls, and the awful Notification bar. Import an mpp file that contains two resources, current user and boreilly. During import, map both mpp resources to the respective Zoho users. Review the Zoho task list. When trying to add a new reply into an existing forum, the cursor does not appear, and it is not possible to write any comment at all. When a new user get invitation email from Zoho Projects, it is confusing. After a welcome message, user name is indicated as XYZ@email.com. But the real user name must be XYZ only, and not XYZ@email.com. I observed that many new users have been trapped into this trick, and cannot complete the first log in process. When using Secure access, the Projects application does not have a valid security certificate. I have checked this in several different browsers ( Chrome 10, Firefox4, IE9 and Opera 11) and all exhibit the same behavior. Other applications such as mail, writer etc seem fine and are accessible. I'd like for my users to not only create bugs/issues/tickets, but I'd like for them to be able to respond to the notifications and have those responses appended to the bug as a comment. Much the same way that notes are appended to in tasks. I don't want to lose track of any information that the clients provide. Currently, their responses only go directly to the project manager, and are not automatically made a part of the issue.New design/version, cannot edit tasks ?!

Woah guys, I suggest a real testing environment before you publish such changes, we are working with a client on a project and I have to stop because our project management tool just went AWOL: all pages give a 404 error. Hello, Something strange has happened in the documents section. We were trying to upload a new version of the document "6 PLAN DE SEGURIDAD.doc", but when it is suppoused to be finished the whole document, with all its versions, dissapeared. In fact, when you look it up in the "all documents" filter it says that there are 21 documents, but only shows 20, and it's not possible to access the last one (I supposed the missed one). Hello there!! I came across an usability issue while filling my timesheet using Zoho. The white space on the right of radio button options also carry a hotspot which is creating a kind of disturbance when I accidently click on it. Hello. Adding documents from Google Docs worked well up to last week. Then i've been trying to "upload" a Google Docs document to my projects documents with no success. The problem is that i can choose a document to "upload", it appears in the list, but when i click "Upload file", Zoho says: "File with zero size cannot be uploaded". It seems that it wants a filename in the "Select file* :" field, but it must not ask it if i've already chosen a google's one, doesn't it? Thank you.Logging Hours in Timesheets?

Hello, One very basic functionality I seem to be missing (or maybe I didn't look in the right places) is the possibility to move multiple files at once. When I select multiple, I can only 'delete' them, nothing else. Moving seems to be a very basic feature to offer. Please answer before I start to move 351 files from one folder to another manually. And no, I can't just rename the first folder because there are about 1500 other files in there :-)Next Page
