Total duration vs. Time to go on tasks/milestones
I'm just noticing that Projects is displaying not the time remaining until due, but the total duration from start to finish for my tasks. The time to go would be much more useful and informative. I care much less about the fact that it is a 6 month task than I do that it is due in two days! Is there a way to configure projects to show time to go? I can't find it. Thanks, -p

Move an existing Wikipage to be a sub-page
I was wondering if there's a way to move an existing wiki-page to be a sub-page? We started creating wiki pages, but as pages built up we'd like to assign sub-pages to categorize our wiki. However, I can't seem to figure out a way to do this. Thanks for your help, -Duncan
CAN´T READ FULL PROJECT NAME
Hello, I have just updated the program and discovered that with the new changes you implemented today it´s not possible to read the full project name on the top menu, below the name of the company. That is because you added a new section indicator (preceded by an arrow) and there´s not enough space on the left to read the full name of the project (only 15 letters). This is very annoying for me because I have a lot of projects that start the same and I can not differenciate which project I am working

Adding a document from Google Docs doesn't work anymore
Hello. Adding documents from Google Docs worked well up to last week. Then i've been trying to "upload" a Google Docs document to my projects documents with no success. The problem is that i can choose a document to "upload", it appears in the list, but when i click "Upload file", Zoho says: "File with zero size cannot be uploaded". It seems that it wants a filename in the "Select file* :" field, but it must not ask it if i've already chosen a google's one, doesn't it? Thank you.
DELETE ONLY A VERSION OF THE DOCUMENT

I inadvertently added a client user as a client (e.g. Client name is "johndoe@company.com". How can I remove them from the client list? I have no users underneath this client but I do not see an editing feature for clients in Project.

Backup a project to your local hard drive
How can I back up an entire project site locally? Kind of important - I'd hate for a collaborator to delete key parts of the project. Would also like to be able to keep a record of the project at completion and archive it.

Edit timesheet entry from my global timesheet
Currently if I need to update a timesheet entry I can't do this from the main (= no project selected) page. I need to switch to the specific project -> move to timesheet -> find the entry -> edit it. It would be great to be able to edit timesheet entries straight from the "global" timesheet. It should be "easy" for you guys, and a huge timesaver for me. Thanks in advance.

I am still not certain about the relationships between different groups of information in Zoho. What is the integration between Zoho Projects and Zoho Business? What exactly does a Portal represent? Move multiple files
Hello, One very basic functionality I seem to be missing (or maybe I didn't look in the right places) is the possibility to move multiple files at once. When I select multiple, I can only 'delete' them, nothing else. Moving seems to be a very basic feature to offer. Please answer before I start to move 351 files from one folder to another manually. And no, I can't just rename the first folder because there are about 1500 other files in there :-)

Redundant features- Zoho Docs vs. Zoho Projects
I am about to start a very important project, for which timelines and calendars are less important but perhaps sharing, discussing, and collaborating are important. However I notice that collaborating is easier on Zoho docs workspace rather than Projects. I.e. it's easier to create folders and sub-folders, sharing multiple formats, and in-frame editing. No? Task functionality
Hi there! I love Zoho Projects. thanks for making it! It would be really great if there was a way to set the "billable" "non billable" setting of task so that when it's chosen on the timesheet, we don't have to manually adjust it each time. (I've often forgotten and it's a hassle to go back and fix this). For example, I donate marketing work to nonprofits and though I like to track the time I do for them, each and every time I need to put "non billable".....not a huge deal, but just one extra step

I went to the projects module. I then went to the prpject and clicked the forum tab. I added a topic/messge and selected an email notification user. The email gets recived by the client user but when they reply via email zoho rejects the emails and sends this bounce message: --start copy message-- We are unable to post reply to this forum. WHY DID THIS HAPPEN? We suspect the below reasons to be the cause of failure : 1. You might have mis-spelt the email address. 2. You might have added the email

Client user working with Task
We have setup Zoho projects to work with one of our clients and have a number of contractors and clients attached to the project. One of the clients is an internal developer that has task assigned to him, but he said there is not a way from him to see just his task. They are not showing up. I've checked and the milestone is external. Should I have set him up as a contractor? Also, he keeps getting a message that he hasn't responded to the confirmation email, but following the information in the
meetings with .ics attachments
is there a way when scheduling a meeting that the users will also be emailed a .ics attachment? That way all the invitees can quickly add the meeting to their Outlook calendar. Or from the zoho project calendar/meeting page be able to download .ics files about the individual meetings?
Editing the task in task's details window
Could you please "Edit" function into the task's details window. Yes there are Status update, % Completed update, Document Association but there are not editing the task itself, owners and sending mail notification opprtunities in that view. Could you please add it? Thanks... -Jale
Permanent Links
The absense of permanent links for every item and page in zoho projects is something I miss everyday. I think that gmail does the job right by combining the ajax nature of the application with permanent links and back/forward browser integration...
Searches when project has many pages of tasks
I have a big project with many tasks, so the tasklists fill more than one page. At the bottom of the page, ZP has a "More Task Lists" link, after about five Page Downs. When I search something that happens to be on the first page, the search works well. But, if I search for something that happens to be on page 2 or 3, the search tends to say "loading" and get stuck. Does this happen to anyone else? Any easy way to fix this or work around this?
Deleting Wiki Page and File Attachments
I am just starting to test various features in Zoho Projects. On a project wiki, I don't see a way to delete wiki pages, nor to delete/detach attachments. Can this be done?
Milestones
Milestones seem important in Zoho Projects and in other similar programs. We are trying to find a way to use milestones so we have access to features like closing a task or archiving it. But "Milestones" don't seem especially related to the kind of work we are doing. We have lots of small tasks in ZP, rather than a few big ones, and this seems to generate more clutter and make it less easy to use milestones.
