Can't post to the connected twitter account
We can't get our page (Richardson's Worlds Largest corn Maze) to post to twitter even though it's connected. We tried disconnecting it and the reconnecting, still won't post. Have checked all our settings and eveything seems to be set up correctly. We're not getting any error messages when we post to Twitter, but later in the "unpublished posts" section, its shows an error "sorry we couldn't publish this." Help!
Scheduled Posting Not Working
I have been using the free program, as I am the single user and oversee my business Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn pages. Before today, it let me schedule posts and now it only gives me the option to "publish now." Was there a change in policy or pricing structure?
Image Upload Quality
Hi! I just started using zoho social and the last two times i have scheduled posts to my instagram they have posted in a lower quality so I ended up deleting them and re-posting them by hand. Is there anyway to solve this issue perhaps in my settings?
Facebook Location Pages
I have a main brand page and facebook location pages under my main brand page that I would like to post directly to. Is this possible with Zoho social? When I link my facebook it only shows the main brand page not my location page. Thanks

Authenticate Instagram for direct publishing
Hi Zoho, I cannot seem to ever get our instagram to authenticate to allow direct publishing. I made sure my instagram is a business page and connected to the right page. Ive allowed permission to Zoho to access facebook and our facebook is connected to our Instagram. I have gone to personal and then business on instagram and tried reconnecting to Instagram. As well as disconnecting Zoho and reconnecting social feeds again. Are you able to have a look and let me know what the issue is.
Multiple Brands with consistent errors with posting videos to Facebook
Just about every brand I have in my account is having issues with posting videos to Facebook. I get an error every time I post a video but photo posts go right through and this holds true for about 90% of my brands. I have tried reposting it hours later and even rescheduling it days away with still no success. Anyway to resolve this without me trying the old "delete and recreate?" I have content calendars that are months long that I would loose with the deleting and would be more than happy

Why isn't the monitor section up to date?
I recently started using Zoho for my business instagram and Facebook. I added a few pages to the monitor section, the "page mentions section" to see when my page is mentioned and the Facebook for a festival we will be at. However, neither of these pages are up to date. In the monitor section for the festival Facebook, there are many posts that are missing, including one where I am mentioned. I was wondering why this might be happening? Does zoho not include all posts in Monitor or is there a problem?

Zoho Social doesn't create campaign on CRM
What is the point to synchronise leads from facebook to CRM through Zoho social if Zoho Social doesn't create a new campaign to me on CRM? It is a big mess when Zoho Social create leads on CRM. I don't now from each campaign on facebook the lead come from. I can't see if a specific campaign is generation revenue or not. Why to sync facebook leads if it doesn't create leads and doesn't let me track the revenue per campaign? Thanks

Logos for Brand Health
It's a little thing but it sure would be nice if the names of the respective social networks were included on the Brand Health table on the main dashboard. I find it hard to tell what is what at a glance, using the itsy bitsy icons over on the left, and there seems to be plenty of room to include text with names. Thank You

Posting Error
I am unable to schedule a post hours from now. I keep getting an error message saying the time has elapsed however, the time chosen is a few hours from today.
Schedule different days for each platform
Is there a way to upload a video or photo and schedule it for facebook, instagram, twitter, and google, but then schedule it for different days for each platform? The reason is I want to upload a video but then have it publish on different days on different platforms. The only way I see I can do this is to have to reupload the video and do a separate scheduled post for each platform.
CRM Integration
I just purchased the standard upgrade in Social to get CRM integration. I also purchased the Standard CRM option as well. However I don't see the add to CRM button or CRM integration column in Monitor. I am missing an obvious setting somewhere to employ this. Both of the purchased items indicate CRM integration from Social to CRM in the comparison charts. I see to that I was given a free 30 day Pro Plan for Social as well. Any help would be appreciated

Plan Features changed / Downgraded and still got charged for premium plan
I`ve had the Professional plan since october. I has 3 brands + 1 complement brand to the plan all for $60 a month. This month my membership got canceled due to a credit card issue so i repurchased the professional plan. The thing is the features changed and now it now only supports one brand so it is no use to me. Now I have to pay $55 for one brand + 1 complement brand. Tried downgrading to the standard plan and it did immediately but now i've already been charged the $55 dollars for the premium

Lead Ad Creation
I am trying to create a Facebook lead ad in Z social. After creating the add and clicking promote I am given an error message that says our page has not accepted the terms of service for lead advertising. We have accepted the terms. Facebook support says the issue is with Z social.
