I've seen a lot of requests for features, and a lot of things the Zoho Social team says is on the roadmap and "coming soon", but there's been an awful lot of silence coming from Zoho Social lately. There have been requests for features like: Wordpress Integration Better Instagram Integration & reporting Tagging people on Facebook and Instagram Posting to Facebook Groups Power Editor for Zoho Social Web The new Content Inbox Better custom scheduling queues Pinterest Integration Instagram Story integrationRSS Feeds
zSocial is missing three key components that are available on most of the other popular social media management platforms 1. Posting from an RSS Feed 2. Post video 3. Pinterest I saw posts already requesting video and Pinterest support. But not having RSS feed posting capability is a BIG miss. That means every company with a blog has to manually post via zSocial. I really like the idea of managing social within Zoho One because we can encorporate our internal task management, CRM, customer data and support tickets to it... BUT, without proper review management, its dead in the water for us. We still need to manage our social, as well as our clients social and reputation management from other social management SaaS.
