Spaces being removed
I've been working on a document offline in Libre Office Writer. I've just gone to reflect the changes on Zoho Docs and so copied and pasted everything. However I'm seeing that spaces are being removed within the document randomly.
Do I have to download a document to view it?
When I click on a document, it says that it will take a few minutes for a preview to open. It then automatically begins to download the document to my PC. Do I have to download a document to view it? I would like to avoid having to do that/

Changing author name in comments
Is there any way to change the name that displays when I make comments on a document? Right now it is showing my user name instead of my display name. I am hoping to use Zoho Docs for collaboration with my students, but I want them to see my display name rather than my user name when I comment on their writing.
Embed a Document - Rulers Display

For the moment, your word formatting seems the cleanest to me, but you got plenty of api, docs, versions ... that don't help at all. Problem sharing document with group
Hello, I've just joined ZOHO for the purposes of sharing a document with a group, including editing privileges for all "sharees". I created the group, put the document online, but when I go to share the document the interface does not recognise the group name, giving the following error message : "Users listed below are found to be invalid". I recently updated my iPad Air with iOS 8.0.2. Since then I am unable to open documents. I can select the document, but when I open it, a black screen is shown, after a while the title is shown, but de screen remains black. The only way to read the documents is by opening Zoho writer

Updating a PDF or public link to PDF Export
Viewing Writer documents from varied clients becomes problematic. When publishing a read-only document to the generic public (web visible) PDF is the only real stable output. I've noticed that there is no way to create a newer version of a PDF (or other non-intrinsic type). Formatting with photos and pictures.
It seems that there is no option to define where a photo is placed. I'm unable to set the photo e.g. to the right side while the text is on the left or vice versa. The picture always seems to be inline with the text. For me personal this is a basic feature for something like a resume, a documentation or a travel review. Any solution for this? Regards, Thomas

What is the correct way to delete documents from the system?
I have deleted all 6000 plus documents from my Desktop/Zoho Drive Folder, then from Zoho docs online, then from Manually from the trash folder and yet I still have the documents in Zoho docs. What is the correct way to delete documents from the system without having to individually delete each one? Also I have deleted Workspaces from My computer/Zoho Drive, then on Zoho docs in the web browser, and Zoho Drive is still trying to sync them, but resulting in an error and I cannot see the workspaces anywhere.
Table formatting issues
When I try to import a Word document the formatting of some of the tables is off. The rows seem to have the cells shifted to the right, usually when cells that span multiple columns are used. Any help solving this issue would be appreciated. Problem opening Excel docs
Hello, I have some issue opening an Excel document. I uploaded an Excel spreadsheet with extantion xlsx which is 3.5mb. While uploading i unchecked the option to convert to zoho docs format because i want to preserve my format of Excel spreadsheet. saving online: loss of internet connection

Just starting using Zoho write and love it....unfortunately, it's lacking one thing that I was previously using from google docs. The ability to publish documents and embed them in my site. Yes you do have this ability BUT there is not way to adjust the frame sizes. Cheers Juan Rando

Hi, We just started using Zoho at the recommendation of our IT company. One of the main reasons we chose Zoho was to use Zoho apps and be able to view and edit our documents in the field (ie: on our mobile phones). Is there any way to do this? Formatting loss when exporting
I've been using Zoho Docs as my primary word processor for a few months and I've been very pleased with the result except for one small but irritating thing. Hello, guys! :) I'm trying to color the bulleted points in the same color as the text, but I just can't. Can you help me please? In the bulleted points options, I couln't do it. I tried to select the buleted points and color them, but text is the only one colored. Then I tried to simply copy and paste some bullets I've colored in another occasion, but when I paste it, the text remains with the color while the point turn black. Please, help me!! Issue with hyperlinks
Hi, I am having an issue today which I cannot explain since I have done no changes on my computer at all between today and yesterday. I am on Windows 7, using Google Chrome to access Zoho Docs. Whenever I am writing a text piece and I am entering a hyperlink, copying that text over to another place (word or an email client (I have tried Gmail for instance) causes all the text after the hyperlinked text to be hyperlinked as well (it becomes blue and underlined). I have not found a solution for this
