I'm asked to contact my admin to reset account password
During password recovery, if you don't have access to your recovery
options, you will be asked to contact your admin on clicking Contact Support.
In
this case, contact your admin via the shown email address and ask them
to reset your account password. Your admin will reset your password and
give you instructions on how to proceed. After your admin resets your
password, you will be signed out from all your active sessions and
mobile apps. You will have to sign in to them again.
If you are the administrator:
You
can reset the account password of your users using Zoho Mail Control
Panel. You can also reset users' passwords through Zoho One or Zoho
Directory (if you have a subscription in them).
