Sign in to Zoho One, then click Directory in the left menu.
Click the Users tab on the left panel, then click on the required user to reset their password.
You can reset a password for either a single user or multiple users:
To reset password for a single user,
Click on the required user, then click Reset Password.
Select Clear mobile sessions and API tokens if you want to clear the user's mobile sessions and force them to sign in with their new password.
Enter your password for verification, then click Yes, Confirm. An email containing a one-time password will be sent to the user.
To reset passwords for multiple users,
Select the users whose passwords need to be reset.
Click Reset password.
Click if you want to select more users or attach a file.
Select Clear mobile sessions and API tokens if you want to clear the user's mobile sessions and force them to sign in with their new passwords.
Select Email the new password to the user to send each user's new password to their email address.
Enter your password for verification, then click Reset Password.
