Reset password for users

Sign in to Zoho One , then click Directory in the left menu.
You can reset password for either a single user or multiple users:

To reset password for a single user, click on the user, then click Reset Password.
To reset passwords for multiple users, select the users whose passwords need to be reset, then click Reset Password. Once the list of users appears, click Reset Password.

Enter your password for verification, then click Verify and Reset to generate a one-time password for the users.

The users must create a new password, after signing in using this password.

Click Clear mobile sessions and API tokens, if you would like to clear the mobile sessions of users and force them to sign in with their new password.
Click Done.

Note :

You can only reset passwords for users who have email addresses with a verified domain. Learn why.
If you try to reset the password for a user with an unverified domain, you will be prompted to verify their domain. When resetting passwords for multiple users, the users with unverified domains will be omitted from the list.
