How to reset password if I cannot verify my identity

  1. If you are an organization user:
    Contact your organization admin and ask them to reset your account password. Your admin will reset your password and provide instructions on how to proceed.
  1. If you are a personal user or an organization admin:
    Contact support@zohoaccounts.com. After verifying your identity, you will be provided with a link to reset your password.
  1. If you are an organization admin who wants to reset password for your users:
    You can reset passwords for your users from the Zoho Mail control panel. You can also reset users' passwords through Zoho One or Zoho Directory (if you have a subscription in them).
