Overview
If a user forgets their password or can't sign in to Zoho One, you can reset their password to help them regain access. After the reset, the user will receive an email containing a one-time password, which they can use to set a new password. This process ensures secure and uninterrupted access to their account.
You cannot reset passwords for
1. Zoho One
Organization Owners or
external users.
2. users with
unconfirmed (with an Yet to Verify tag) verified-domain email address. Once the user approves it, the email address can be used to reset password.
