OneAuth sends push notification to old phone during sign-in
If OneAuth is sending the push notification to your old phone which you don't have access to during account sign-in, you can follow these methods to verify yourself:
- You can reinstall OneAuth on your new device using its recovery options.
- You can use a OneAuth installed secondary device for verification.
- Use other MFA modes such as SMS-based OTP, Authenticators Apps, or security key to verify yourself.
