Whitelisting IP addresses prevents unauthorized access and strengthens your organization's security. Once this is configured, you will only be able to access your organization from the allowed IP addresses.
In the mobile application:
For iOS devices:
Open the Zoho One app on your mobile device.
Tap in the bottom-right corner, then tap Security Policies.
Tap the required security policy, then tap Allowed IPs.
Tap .
After selecting the checkbox, we must type in the Static IP or the IP range, whichever is applicable.
Tap SAVE.
Warning: The addresses you enter must be static gateway IPs. If you do not know your default gateway address, consult with your IT administrator.
For Android devices:
Open the Zoho One app on your mobile device.
Tap in the bottom-right corner, then tap Security Policies.
Tap on the required security policy, then check Allowed IPs.
If you are enabling allowed IPs for the first time, check the box to enable it.
If you have already enabled allowed IPs, tap .
Select your current IP address, add a static IP, or set an IP range.
Tap in the top-right corner.

In the web application:
Sign in to the Zoho One, then click Directory in the left menu.
Go to Security, click Security Policies, then click on the policy you want to configure.
Go to Allowed IPs, then click Add IP address.
Enter the required IP or IP range.
Click Add.
