Zia enables AI features in Zoho Bookings by integrating with supported Large Language Model (LLM) providers, including Zoho GenAI, OpenAI, Google, and Anthropic. You can configure multiple AI vendors and select one vendor for each AI feature. With Zia, you can use AI capabilities such as generating relevant booking form fields, helping reduce manual effort and setup time.1. AI vendors and features
You can configure multiple AI vendors in Zoho Bookings. For each AI feature, you can select one of the configured vendors to process requests for that feature. This allows you to use different AI vendors for different AI features. For example, you can configure OpenAI, Google, and Anthropic, and assign OpenAI to one AI feature and Google to another. Only one AI vendor can be assigned to an AI feature at a time.
Zoho Bookings currently supports the following AI vendors:
Zoho GenAI – Built-in AI that does not require an API key.
OpenAI – Uses GPT models and requires an API key.
Google – Uses Gemini models and requires an API key.
Anthropic – Uses Claude models and requires an API key.
