The Zoho Bookings for Zoho Mail extension helps you schedule and manage appointments right from your inbox. You can view upcoming appointments, share booking links, copy time slots, and even schedule appointments directly with the intended email recipients without leaving Zoho Mail.
1. Overview
Zoho Mail is an email application built for business and professional communication. With the Zoho Bookings for Zoho Mail extension, you can simplify appointment scheduling directly within Zoho Mail. This integration eliminates the need to switch between apps, helping you manage your time and interactions more efficiently.

2. Steps to access the extension
Log in to Zoho Mail.
Click the Mail tab from the top panel, then select the eWidget icon in the right-hand widget panel.
Click the Zoho Bookings widget from the list of available widgets.
You can view all your upcoming appointments directly within Zoho Mail, keeping your schedule accessible without switching apps.
Click the Mail tab, then select the eWidget iconin the right-hand widget panel.
Click the Zoho Bookings widget from the list of available widgets and select the My Appointments tab to view the appointments.
Choose the month picker and use the left/right arrows to navigate through dates.
Select a date to view the appointments for that specific day.
3.2 Book an appointment directly
You can book an appointment with the email recipient directly from Zoho Mail, without switching apps.
Click the Mail tab, then select the eWidget iconin the right widget panel.
Click the Zoho Bookings widget from the list of available widgets.
Under the My Appointments tab and click the +Add Appointment.
Fill in the details and click the Add Appointment button to book your appointment.
3.3 Add slotsto email
You can copy and paste time slots to the email instantly in a click for convenient scheduling.
Click the Mail tab, then select the eWidgeticon in the right-hand widget panel.
Click the Zoho Bookings widget from the list of available widgets, then select the Booking page tab.Click the Time slots icon to copy and paste the time slots to the email.
Select the date and desired time slots, then click Add Slots to Email to insert the slots into your email directly.
Note: You can select up to 10 slots in 3 days. The time slots shown indicate overall event type availability configured inside Zoho Bookings, and not the availability of individual users.
The linkswill be automatically added to your email, allowing recipients to schedule appointments directly for the selected time slot.
Info: When a customer selects a time slot that has already been booked, they will be redirected to the booking page to choose another time.
3.4 Share booking links
You can share your booking links or one-time booking links in emails, allowing recipients to schedule appointments instantly.
Click the Mail tab, then select the eWidget icon in the right-hand widget panel.
Click the Zoho Bookings widget from the list of available widgets, then select the Booking page tab.
Click Booking link icon or One-time link icon to insert the bookings links.
The link will be added to your email automatically, allowing recipients to schedule appointments directly.
