1. In a nutshell
You can instantly add your additional availability (special working hours) and unavailability that falls outside your regular working hours with our Bookings mobile app.
2. Feature availability
- Super admin and admin can add special working hours and unavailability for all users, resources, and business.
- Workspace admins and managers can set this for users of their assigned workspaces.
- Staff can set this only for themselves.
3. Steps to add special working hours
Open the Zoho Bookings mobile app.
From the home page, tap the add icon
at the bottom.
Tap Special Working Hours.

On the next screen, three tabs will be shown: Business, User, and Resource. You can choose the appropriate tab to add special working hours as needed.

Enable the All Day toggle to choose the dates. To set only a time range of special availability, disable the All Day toggle and set the date and time.
You can optionally add a reason. then tap Save.
4. Steps to add unavailability
Open the Zoho Bookings mobile app.
From the home page, tap the add icon
at the bottom.

Tap Unavailability.

On the next screen, three tabs will be shown: Business, User, and Resource. You can choose the appropriate tab to add unavailability hours as needed.
Enable the All Day toggle and choose dates to make it unavailable. Disable the All Day toggle to set only a certain period unavailable.
Enter the reason if required and tap Save.
5. Points to note
The super admin and admins can add special working hours and unavailability for business by selecting the Business tab.
The super admin, admins, and in-charge users can add special working hours and unavailability for resources by selecting the Resources tab.
