Change appointment status and payment status in mobile

With the Bookings mobile app, you can seamlessly update appointment and payment statuses in a few clicks, ensuring all the information is accurate and up-to-date. 

2. Feature availability

Idea
  • Super admins and admins can update all appointments 
  • Workspace admins and managers can update appointments belonging to their workspaces 
  • Staff can update only their own appointments 

3. Steps to update appointment status

  1. Open Zoho Bookings mobile app. 
  2. Tap the calendar icon  and navigate to the required date at the top of your screen. 
  3. Swipe left on the required appointment to change the statussuch as Completed, No-Show, Cancel, or Reschedule.
Notes
Note: You can also change the status from the appointment summary.

4. Steps to update payment status

  1. Open Zoho Bookings mobile app. 
  2. Tap the calendar icon  and navigate to the required appointment.
  3. Tap the appointment for which payment status have to be updated.

  4. In the Appointment Summary page shown, tap the edit icon  near the Payment Details section.
  5. Choose Paid if the full amount is received.
     
    Tap Due if a partial amount is paid, then enter the amount received under the Amount paid textbox. 
  6. Tap Save, and the changes will be saved.
