Integrate with Zoho apps
1. Why is my Zoho Recruit and Zoho Campaigns integration not migrated to the new OAuth setup?
Your Zoho Recruit and Zoho Campaigns integration may not have migrated to the new OAuth setup due to one of the following reasons:
- Your ZSC key is invalid, so the migration couldn't take place. Reintegrate your account and check if you can access the syncs.
- You are not an admin in Zoho Campaigns. You need to change your role to Standard Admin and reintegrate your account.
2. When do I change my Zoho Books ZSC key in Zoho Campaigns?
ZSC keys are not applicable in the new integration setup. If your integration is not working, please disconnect and reintegrate again.
The only two times you would need to change your ZSC key in Zoho Campaigns are:
- If you change the ZSC key in Zoho Books.
- If you change the primary email address in your Books account.
3. When do I need to change the Zoho Reports authtoken in Zoho Campaigns?
ZSC keys are not applicable in the new integration setup. If your integration is not working, please disconnect and reintegrate again.
ZSC key is a sensitive field. Changing your ZSC key invalidates all the existing syncs. The only two times you would need to change your ZSC key in Zoho Campaigns are:
- If you change the primary email address in your Zoho Reports account.
- If you transfer your Zoho Campaigns connector to another admin account.
4. How do I integrate with Zoho Creator?
To integrate with Zoho Creator with Zoho Campaigns:
- Click Settings icon in the top-right corner.
- Choose Apps under Integration.
- Hover over Zoho Creator and click Connect.
- To comply with GDPR, we inform the activity that will be performed after integration,
Sync your Zoho Creator data with Zoho Campaigns. - Click Continue.
Note:
Any Zoho Creator will have a form, reports and pages and in reports section, you can view the contacts and other details. These contact details can be imported from Creator to your Campaigns.
5. How do I integrate with Zoho Contacts?
You can create a sync between Zoho Campaigns and Zoho Contacts and import contacts from Zoho Contacts into Zoho Campaigns. Before creating a sync, you need to integrate Zoho Campaigns with Zoho Contacts.
To integrate:
- Click the Settings icon in the top-right corner.
- Choose Apps under Integration.
- Hover over Zoho Contacts and click Connect.
- To comply with GDPR, we inform the activity that will be performed after integration
- Click Continue.
