Explore the Components in Zoho Campaigns

This document walk you through the various components present in the navigation bar and title bar of Zoho Campaigns.

Workspace
  1. Navigation Toolbar – This toolbar on the left side of the screen contains tabs for quick access to the various Zoho Campaigns features.
  2. Subscription – This opens up the subscription plan menu. Here, users can upgrade to a suitable subscription plan that matches their needs. Learn how to manage your subscriptions.
  3. Create New – Create new email campaigns, workflows, signup forms, social media posts, mailing lists, and lot more.

  4. Global Search - This enables a user to search for information across the entire product. The global search feature shows results that contain your search terms, then displays related data based on campaigns, lists, contacts, and more.

  5. Notification – Get notified about each and every activity taking place in your organization.
  6. Help Center – This is a quick link to access our help guides, knowledge base, blogs, and user community. We encourage users to start conversations in our user community and share their best practices for using Zoho Campaigns.

  7. Settings – You can configure various settings associated with your account, such as, users and control, deliverability, integration, etc.

  8. More icons – This icon lets you venture into more options like,
    • Feedback – Tell us how you feel about Zoho Campaigns. Feedback
    • Favorites - Mark email campaigns, lists, templates, fields, and so on as favourites so that you can readily access them from this section. You can customize your favorites to appear in the order you like using the drag and drop option.

    • Folders - Create folders to have immediate access to the various activities you've performed in your account.

    • Calendar – Look up the calendar to mark important dates such as events, webinars and more. You can choose to view calendars of various countries by adding them to your calendar.

  9. Profile – Here you can view your profile information such as email address, user ID, and account info. Learn how to manage your profile.
