What is a smart view and how to access it?
Smart view is present under Contacts -> All Contacts. It is a view that displays the essential details of a contact, such as the name, email address, associated lists, Zoho CRM data, etc. You can also perform operations like edit, marking it as unsubscribed, deleting the contact, and so on.
To access it, simply navigate to Contacts -> All Contacts -> click the email address of a contact; the window that appears is the smart view.

You can navigate from one contact to another using the left and right arrow buttons or by using the hamburger icon (three parallel lines icon).

Customizing the smart and detailed views
You have control over the information you want to display in the smart and detailed views. If you don't want to display a particular section, you can remove it altogether. You can also re-arrange the sections so the information you want to display is on a priority basis from the most essential to least essential.
Below video shows how to re-arrange sections for both the views.
The Customize View button is available both in the smart view and the detailed view. Contacts Timeline is a fixed widget and cannot be removed or re-arranged. At least 3 widgets must be present in the detailed view and not lower than that.
Below video shows how to remove sections for both the views.
