After setting up response messages, you can associate your signup form with a topic. Your contacts will be associated to that topic. This step is applicable only if you have configured other topics in addition to the default topic (Marketing). If you've only the default topic, it'll be associated with all contacts automatically.
- Go to the Contacts tab from the Navigation bar and select Signup Forms.
- Click Edit icon.
- Hover over Associated topic in the Forms section.

- Click Edit icon.
- Select the topic and click Associate.
To edit Topic associated with a Signup Form,
- Go to the Contacts tab from the Navigation bar and select Signup Forms.
- Click Edit icon.
- Hover over Associated topic in the Forms section.

- Click Edit.
- Update to necessary topic and click Associate.

Note:

- If you assign a signup form only with a topic, then the contacts that signs up will be added under All Contacts
